:waitasec:There is a Full Moon September 4th which provides Prisoner some ephemeral relief. It is on her progressed Jupiter and sextile her progressed Venus. Matters come to a head then based on (oh no!) a blazer that a wide eyed two year old would not believe. She is gratified that this one gathers all of her cleverest imaginings together and undoes the knots in her presentation of events. It does not and two days later, when the Moon opposes Mercury, he turns retrograde and backs off this "problem solving" version. That's why we can safely say her satisfaction is short lived. A house of cards is insubstantial enough without a foundation made of the slanters she unloads at the site. Tsk. Tsk, Prisoner. Don't you know this is your ADVERSE time of year?
 
I think the only Big Lie we would believe right now is that JB moved the body. But even that would be hard to believe.
 
:clap: FYI: We finally get to hear Tracy's (the body guard for KC) FBI interview sometime next week as well some others that were held back by Baez!!! :woohoo:

Along with several others which my guess that would be LP's & his nephew who drove KC to & from Baez's office!!!!! :woohoo:

WESH is reporting that they will be released sometime next week!!!

Angel, again... you are amazing! I have been awaiting her testimony for a VERY long time! I am grateful to Judge Strickland for this ruling, even when I am disappointed by a ruling, I understand that he weighs everything heavily and would rather err on the side of caution. I will anxiously await the release of her deposition!
 
To puncture that balloon floated at the last hearing, 21 August, how could it be true, as alleged by Todd Macaluso, that someone else deposited Caylee's body in the Suburban foilage after the searches were conducted? We know that Jose Baez sought immunity for the prisoner if she would lead investigators to the body in July and August! I think it is this late defense theory that soothes Prisoner at Full Moon, along with Andrea L.'s motions against the death penalty. Of course the botany experts have put the lie to such a notion also.

Today, the Sun commemorates the original arrest of the prisoner as it conjoins Mars of that police action. Mars was conjunct Saturn that day and ruled the House of the child, showing how Miss Anthony cared for her daughter. I pray you never have Mars conjunct Saturn indicating how anyone treats you, even a bus driver or a waiter in a restaurant or the clerk at the DMV. It is harsh, it is rude, it is cruel and it is known for the sadism that fuels it.

We want justice and we want movement. In other jurisdictions, the trial for Prisoner's lesser crimes might go forward despite a murder indictment but it is a poor lookout in Florida.

Today the Moon is in the Sign of unexpected outcomes, Aquarius. During this first day of September, the Moon afflicts Prisoner's Pluto as well as transiting Venus in Leo. Her own words again! Possibly an intense gesture of comfort while KC says, "You promissed you would take care of it" I'v never forgotten the statement someone said that if defense knows where the body is they do not have to disclose.

Anthonys To Mail Letters To Casey Despite Policy

Administrators have posted a sign strongly reminding lawyers visiting the facility that it is a felony to bring in contraband items, including personal letters.

Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, confirmed that Baez has a standing policy of controlling letters going between Casey Anthony and her family. Conway said his clients are cut off from their daughter.

Conway said the Anthonys are breaking that agreement and will begin mailing letters directly to their daughter. Conway said that defense team member Andrea Lyon agrees that the Anthonys should be able to have a video visit with Casey Anthony.

Officials deny that it was Baez or his actions that prompted the jail's re-emphasis of the rules.

static Tuba & SS both have done charts on the video from the day Caylee was found of KC in jail....it is coming soon....There were several news media that submited motions for the release of it due to the sunshine law. Judge S has yet to rule on thier motions. IIRC WFTV, Orlando Sentinel & WESH all have submitted motions for the release of the video. (They did a chart's for them & posted about them try looking in the astro calendar for the charts!)

We all just have to wait inpatiently for the Judge to hear thier motions...I for one am getting very inpatient for Judge S to hold the hearing for thier motions.

Come on Judge S we're all waiting for your decision....Tuba & or SS said it will happen all all good due time. Tapping, Tapping, of my fingers waiting for Judge S. :biggrin:

Also tapping waiting to see Tracy the body guard, LP's & Dick's FBI interviews....there must be something very telling in them, the way Baez tried so hard to block the release of them :winko:

The Infirmary Video Hearing was 28 May 2009. See calendar for that date. The subject was also discussed earlier than the date of the hearing and afterward. As you will see from the chart, the moving party trying to suppress the video is favored. Indeed, the judge did rule in Defense favour. However, he later opened this to media intervention in briefs and arguments. I have always maintained that the video will be seen by one means or another.
 
And let's not forget that we are also waiting on the Judge's ruling on the cheques fraud case along with all those others. I have a feeling it will be delayed until after the criminal case is finished.

The Z Myspace page that was created in June 2008 on the 16th is particularly interesting. The last access date shows Oct 14, 2008. I don't need to tell anyone here how important these dates are.

My question is this: Can the stars shed some light on whether there is any validity to the theory that KC=ZG? Did prisoner create the Myspace page in question?
I am not aware of this question being asked already, but if it has , my apologies and I will search it out.
