One can't help but notice that not only does this latest defense request form a BOWL formation but that all planets are in the Western Hemisphere of the chart. Defense can therefore be described as self-contained and cut off from a whole half of human experience but also extremely subjective in attitude and approach. The Team is under great difficulty and strain when the push comes to make decisions. Finally, they also know the great weight of the evidence and forward movement in the case is against them~all over on the other side, that of the prosecution.

Fallen, weak and badly situated (Moon in Scorpio, ruler), The Team still sees an opportunity in one of their expert witnesses to triumph. This professional deals with autopsies and pathology, Pluto ruling the deceased child of House 5 but in the Sign of House 7 yet in House 6, is one whose testimony is "paid for" and lacks integrity because it comes down against public good, violates public weal. Judge Perry issued an order on the night of February 25, addressing Jose Baez. These problems are the reason the #504 analysis exclaims the mutual reception of Venus & Saturn must be used. Prosecution must address every single point that might be raised regarding what the flooding wreaked in that hollow at Suburban because that is Saturn retrograde in and on that land. Saturn in this position also confirms something from the earliest charts: yes, the heart stopped from the insult of drugging abuse but there was a prolonged time of suffering prior to that moment. Yes, there was a lack of air to the lungs. That is clear in the horary as to where on the Hopespring premises the duct tape was. I believe Prosecution can prove the sequence of taping, drugging, death even though the proposition is many ways tricky.

Saturn retro will hold firm in House 7 describing one dead serious, grim State Attorney in charge of cold facts, the one Defense will consider the meanest man in town. But, as The Team always throws on the table, "Death is different."

Nore wants her birthday present on time~the Frye hearings scheduled for late March to determine if evidence for trial has solid scientific bases or not. Ashton & Drane-Burdick are now pushed themselves for time because neither Baez nor Mason has provided them with the designation of which evidence Defense wants to challenge at the Frye and that is coming soon! Experts will testify at the hearing as to scientific validity but of WHAT!!!? The prosecutors need to know so that they can prepare counter testimony & arguments. Of all the deadlines that were important, to me this one is major. If some subject is deemed not admissible as it rests in the discovery files, the State can appeal the ruling. Of course, this also holds true for challenging scientific testimony Defense intends to present to refute what State terms evidence. If Defense is denied the right, due to their experts' "unscientific" ideas & testimony, to put certain controverting, discrediting matter before the jury, Defense can also appeal.

All of this is to say that everyone needs to be at his or her best in performing at these Nore hearings. Sorry, Frye hearings.

In July 2008 when the Caylee Anthony case broke, Housmouse had the courage to contact Tricia Griffith, Websleuths owner, and ask permission to start an Astrology thread on the case.

Tuba and I eagerly jumped in, as did FifthEssence, Neptunian and Kaitlyn. Toward the end of 2008, after little Caylee's remains were found, we all agreed we wanted to continue offering our astrology skills to assist in other missing person cases. The Forensic Astrology Forum was the result, but it never would have come into being without the first courageous steps of our beloved Housemouse.

Housemouse, if you're reading, we love you and think the world of you. Our prayers are with you and Mr. Housemouse during this difficult time.

I really think the State is pulling anything they feel that they do not need to weaken defense's claims that LE and the jail tried to set KC up for a confession.

Also, if the other investigation into tampering is under way and CA had anything to do with it in any way, shape or form, her attorney's may be advising her she needs to cooperate to avoid jail time. I still think there was a fight on the 15th of June and it was significant, words were spoken (remember the words spoken, everyone lies, everyone dies, etc.) and it's possible CA's new team has laid it out for her and in clear terms she is able to understand. If you want to save your daughter, it's time for tough love. Let's hope. jmo

Me too! I was REALLY shocked when I read that list.

As you know, for some weeks planets came together that told us Defense & Prosecution were talking in private, not for public knowledge. Some Websleuths speculated that they were bargaining. Maybe it was bargaining of a quite different stripe than imagined.

Coming on for hearing in March are types of evidence that may or may not withstand scrutiny. Defense objects to substantial chunks of the State's case, like canine i.d., the putrified air of death in the car, aspects of the duct tape and much more. In discussing the subject matter of the Frye hearing, I brought up the possibility of appeal if decisions went against either side. The appeal process coming out of pre-trial evidentiary hearings is a lengthy one and The Team might have served notice (informally & orally) that they were prepared to appeal if certain evidence were not suppressed. Let's be frank, they may have threatened to take the issue(s) to a higher court. Seeking to expedite this already over-long prosecution, Drane-Burdick & Ashton may have provided certain assurances in the latest State filing.

Although I am suggesting this possibility, I hope it is not what happened. I hope the State is merely reserving the items of evidence in their list for rebuttal against the case in chief of Defense.

There was almost a page of astrological analysis plus chart on the December 29 court filing from the defense. It is on our calendar for the start of January and is of course, also in this thread at #290, 291, 293 and 294. It is not predictive interpretation, it is argument for using the jail infirmary video. I really spread the ink and a lot of passion on this subject because I feel so strongly about it. It was also clear to me from Judge Strickland's original sealing that he never intended the evidence not be revealed at trial.

But the wording is they do not "intend" to use the evidence. So if something is brought up by defense they may still be able to use it. If JB is doing the questioning I'd say there is a slim chance he could ask the wrong question. If CM plans on doing all the questioning I doubt it would happen. I don't see JB taking a back seat.
