The State does not want the Mental Health experts opinions even mentioned at tomorrow's hearing or at the trial....so I wonder who filed this:

It was the Prosecution that filed the Motion to Unseal b/c they want to show the transcripts to their experts. Also, Dr. Danzinger was withdrawn from the witness list on the day that he was to complete his deposition. Let's not forget Dr. Danzinger also examined ICA way back at the very beginning as ordered by Judge Strickland.

You have to wonder if Dr. Danzinger did not like what JA pointed out in the State's motion regarding the doctor's deposition and decided to back out.

THe defense team just annoucned at the hearing that the are withdrawing BOTH doctors deposition. Seems like a whole lot of time and effort about nothing.

I do the same thing! It helps to go back to some of Tuba's interpretations - I can then better understand what is happening in the hearings or the rulings! Also, it is reassuring when things are not sounding very good in court. Thank you, thank you, Tuba - and all of the wonderful astrologers.:great:

My impressions from yesterday's hearing: I saw KC turn and say "hi" to someone directly behind her and I thought it was CA but I heard AL was there and was sitting directly behind the defense in court. Interesting that she still does not acknowledge her mother but would say hello to AL.

Mr. Baez keeps rocking at the podium, back and forth, back and forth. Obviously searching, searching, searching to give the judge an answer that did not disclose too much. If he does not lose that smirk, it's going to cost them big time in court.

CM very rude speaking out in the courtroom and after all those years of practice he still does not know how to conduct himself in a respectible manner in the courtroom, or he just does not care. Probably the latter. SA's appear to be stretched to their limits. KC obviously not happy, not happy at all with what happened in court yesterday.

Would not want to be in the cellblock now as a jailer or prisoner. Time is running out and so are the excuses. My guess is she is about to boil over or explode.

Lambchop, thanks so much for the comments but I am not clear as to which person is referred to by initials was it AL (as in attorney) or AL (as in former BF)? Just too many people to remember over the last almost 3 yrs.:waitasec:

I watched the 48 hour special and what I found most interesting was not just LKB saying that CA lied about the whole nanny story but when asked if the defense was now going to "pin" the murder on George or if this was a possibility that he was involved, she said "you'll just have to wait until the trial to find out". She also said we will know why CA lied about the nanny and why she behaved the way she did the month her daughter went missing. She left an impression that she knows exactly what happened to Caylee or knows "who done it" and thinks this is an afterschool special! This is not a game! Why is the defense waiting 3 years if they really know the truth? Why did they allow all this to drag and make axxxx's of themselves with all these defense strategies if they are supposibly going to "drop a bomb" at trial. Here's my question do they really have anything new or did LKB become a paid promoter for the media?

I must say defense complaining about the media is funny in a sad way. Is this not what KC wanted...to be famous. When you sell your soul to the devil (pictures of her child to the media for $$$$$) you can't expect that devil to not show up when the payment comes due. I wish someone would call defense out on that. This is what they wanted right down to the 48 Hour episode this past week. Crying now, it's too late to ask for a do over.

LKB also let out (woman/betrayal) that ICA lied about the nanny, LKB said, she thought everyone knew that was a lie...also stated her actions have been her own worst enemy...that she will be found guilty of 'something'! JMHO

The Caylee Daily website has once again posted a link to ICA's most recent jail visitation log. It seems she had a pow wow with JB and MM on the Wednesday before last Friday's hearing about the Psych Dr's testimony on her behalf.

JB signed in on 4/13/11 at 5:47pm and left at 6:19pm
MM accompanied him and signed in at 5:48pm and left at the same time 6:19pm.

This past Saturday after the DT decided to withdraw both Psych Dr's from their witness list. The Mitigation Specialist, Jeanene Barrett, visited with her.

She signed in on 4/16/11 at 4:27pm and left at 6:35pm.
