For anyone who doesn't know......Nancy Grace reported tonight that a suspect is in custody now!!!!! The astrologers were correct, it is Tommy Croslin who finally told someone that he can't take it anymore and talked. He said that cousin Joe is the one that took her and killed her. We shall see. They have found a blue cooler at the bottom of the river....still waiting. Please Lord, let the truth come out and let Haleigh finally be at peace.

In one of the most intense searches since the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings last year, officers, divers and police dogs combed a section of the St. Johns River and its banks Tuesday following a new lead in the case. The home of Misty Croslin's cousin in Tennessee was surrounded by police Tuesday night, her father said.

Tuba...maybe I am mistaken where you got the time of 20:10 (8:10) for your chart from, but if it was from the post by passionflower that I quoted above, that is the year...the time of the incident reported by tipster was 9PM.

Oh dear. There was a tip and then there was evidence found. Two separate incidents. Can you direct me to the source, so I can see the context. We may not need a supplemental chart. has a reference to indochai's father solving the case at 9:05 p.m. April 12. How or is that related to the tip?

I found a reference on saying "a discovery was made around 9 pm" April 12, some form of physical evidence. That's all I saw regarding time. There was mention the tipster would speak to the blogger later.

If that is the way it was stated, we're fine because that would have been clock time. Subtracting for daylight savings advance leaves us with our chart. I could tell from that Moon-Venus identity that the chart was for real.

Does this mean the tip actually DID come from her? Scratching my head on this one folks... wish they would give us some straight answers, not at the expense of the investigation of course!

Just found more info that maybe handy for a chart......

According to Action News Jacksonville, they were staked out at JOs house last night and around midnight (guess that would make it 4/14) JOs lawyer came and picked him up. News crews tailed them to the TN Bureau of Investigation where they met with FL agents for approximately 1 hour and then his lawyer brought him back home.

Croslin has been jailed on unrelated charges, but a woman resembling her, wearing a blue jumpsuit and handcuffs, was seen at the search site just before 6 p.m. Wednesday. Sky 6 photographer David Sprung said he spotted the woman motioning to investigators at the dock.

What 6:02 p.m. tonight (5:02 EST) reveals is first, that the scene inspection is thisclose to having actually dredged what was being sought. The ASC is 1:34 Libra with Saturn just risen and in H. 12, Uranus 28:10 Pisces dangling from the Descendant & ruling the child. Misty appears as Venus in H. 8, helping with the homicide investigation. The Moon, however, is void of course at 29:31 Aries, conjunct Mirach a benefic Fixed Star. One concern is that Aries is on the cusp of both H. 7 and H. 8, so this crime involved travel. I will post the chart tomorrow.

I listened a second time to Levi's show and the molestation thing was just one of several speculations. Stacy Dittrich (detective & crime writer) is the one who contributed the story about Misty hating Haleigh, TOMMY and JOE as pedophiles molesting Haleigh, and dumping body for alligators (compliments of an anonymous source in LE early in the case).

Some of the other guests had other opinions. None of them believe the current version of the story perpetuated by Misty who has already failed several lie detector tests, so why believe her now, they pondered. They all believe the gun story is unbelievable. (Does that make sense?)

It's been reported the search didn't reveal anything and has been called off. Doesn't that river flow north? Why are they only looking in that tight spot at the dock. Why not spread out just a bit?

I was looking at some old notes re: Cousin Joe's chart compared to Haleigh's. This is what Soulscape posted at the time we were looking at sex offenders:

While I saw disturbing interactions in the tri-wheel cast with OVERSTREET's natal, the alarm bell didn't ring quite as loud....... maybe because I see no VENUS-MARS-PLUTO connections in the natal. I think he can be a mean, hateful, SOB, and Lord knows he doesn't think highly of women, but I am not leaning towards him being a hardcore S.O., let alone a pedophile (although I wouldn't put date rape past him).

There is a powerful quincunx between H. 8 ruler Mars and Pluto in the outcome sector. These two planets also co-rule the cusp of forced testimony, H. 3. The quincunx requires giving up one thing to gain another and in this instance it is information Misty is compelled to give up. She is found in an unfortunate House but has much extra strength to influence this matter by virtue of being in her own Sign, Taurus.

Mercury ruling Misty's past attitude and behavior is contraparallel Pluto, exploiting craft & cunning, attempting to gain advantage and the whip hand in a losing situation. Because Mercury is not in an angle (angular House), her secrets have not yet surfaced.
