I also recently learned that respondent attempted to hire someone to murder me,'' Kaine Horman wrote in his petition. "The police have provided me with probable cause to believe the above two statements to be true."

He wrote that his wife attempted to hire someone to kill him in the end of 2009.

The order requires Terri Horman to stay more than 500 feet from her husband or daughter, and not go to the Skyline School, Kaine's Intel office or his gym, The Edge in Beaverton. She's also restricted from entering her daughter's current or future day care provider or school.

Kaine Horman said he believes his wife is involved in the disappearance of his son, 7-year-old Kyron Horman, and has asked a judge to order she move out of their rural Northwest Portland house, according to court papers.

"In order to protect the safety of Petitioner and the children, Respondent must be required to move from and not return to the residence,'' wrote Laura Rackner, Kaine Horman's attorney, in a motion filed today to modify the restraining order obtained last week.

Kaine Horman also Thursday asked the court to hold an expedited hearing to force his wife out of his house. Kaine Horman argues that their 19-month-old daughter, Kiara, has lived at their home on Northwest Sheltered Nook Road since she was born, and it would be in his children's best interest to live in the home they grew up in.

"Petitioner believes it is important for Kiara to be back in the family residence in order to provide her with stability and consistency,'' Rackner wrote in her motion filed today. "Petitioner believes it will be important for Kyron to be back in the family residence once he is located in order to provide him with stability and consistency.''

A hearing has been set for July 22 at 1:30 p.m. , giving Terri Horman a chance to argue why the Court should not kick her from their home.

Tuba, I have a question- Do the charts show if her accomplice (the dark or green truck) did this for Teri or for himself for Teri. What I mean is, obviously this person is sick period, but did they harm Kyron because of their own sick nature or because Teri holds some sway over them? Can the chart show motivation in regards to the accomplice? Let me be clear, I do believe wholeheartedly that there is an accomplice, and it has been my opinion all along. TIA... I hope I made sense!

i want to read his natal chart for my own personal reasons.
I am not sleuthing him just want to run a chart between him and TH.

Thank you very much Frigga, that's so nice. The truth is, I only look for asteroids to match the dates our Astrologers put forth. And birthdays, etc.

Here's a good one. She-That-Must-Not-Be-Named has "Child" 18:38 Aries & "House" at 18:32 Aries, exactly conjunct! Does this degree mean anything? Most certainly -- It's the cusp of the 7th house in the Police Called chart. Exactly opposite the Arrest Degree. Since opposites attract...STMNBN could be in serious trouble.

I had a dream that matches what you describe. An arrest and total psychotic break from reality. Either suicidal, detached from reality, delusional, confesses but has no memory of committing the actual crime or stand-off with police.
I do feel arrest is eminent.
