Now that one is real old, but four sounds like a SK at work. Now this is from 2000, originally brought to attention by Emre, the Eve Brown case (she was from LI). Her bones were found in a dumpsite with other victims as well.
The killers other dump site? Remember the AC investigation brought the dicks to Howard Beach, where they went to Lenny's clam bar asking questions.

"Ms. Borakove said a second set of human skeletal remains were found a day after the discovery of Mrs. Brown's, in the same area at the Brooklyn construction site. But she said they had not yet been identified, and she could not say whether those remains were of a male or a female.
At the time Mrs. Brown disappeared, Mr. Brown said that they had been married for five years and that it was unlike his wife to ''completely isolate herself and take off on her own.''
The police at the time said they had no evidence of foul play, but members of Mrs. Brown's family said there could be no other explanation.

I've always felt the connection is between the Drifter and the men from Howard Beach. Now remember the drifter's mother was from Massapequa. So were Brown's parents.

"Cops talked with her parents, Jay and Bonnie Eskin of Massapequa, L.I., yesterday. They said their next step will be to scrutinize phone records."
Wonder if the drifter and Eve Brown both grew up in Massapequa? Don't forget Melissa's phone was used at the Massapequa motel.
Eve Brown worked at the Queens-Nassau Nursing Home in Far Rockaway. Sugar Bear's torso was also found on Beach 63 st and John Valentine was found in Rockaway as well. Reading the thread on John V on WS i noticed the blanket was from the 70's, 80's yet the victim from 2005.

Not a coincidence that the killer used the name Mickey Mouse, I strongly suspect either he or his mother or wife was a disney fanatic.
