haven't found anything new or recent but did locate a pdf of the incident report from when this case was initiated.

"Since the defendant has been in custody, he has attempted to contact the biological mother 46 times," Deputy District Attorney McAuley said. "After the 4-year-old child was deceased but before he was arrested on the charges that he is before the court today, he also attempted to take out a warrant on the biological mother."

McWeay is accused of traveling to Maryland in early July and snatching the children back, stealing their mother’s car in the process.
He allegedly returned the children to the same lower-level unit of a duplex on Renfrew Court, near Adamsville, that DFCS had just removed them from 11 days earlier. DFCS called the unit "deplorable," noting the children "appeared extremely hungry." There was no air on, the children were soiled, and one of the boys "could barely talk and sounded raspy as if he was dehydrated," a DFCS narrative says.

After one request for a welfare check, police didn’t go to the duplex at all, according to court testimony from a homicide detective. The second time, records show, an officer wasn’t dispatched until an hour and a half after a 911 call. The final time – less than a month before Treasure’s death – it took police almost five hours to arrive at the house.

The latest that I can find is this one... at least we know he was denied bond!!

In a grim tale of neglect and failure that has rocked Atlanta, Rodney McWeay, a father accused of letting his 4-year-old daughter starve to death, has been denied bond. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Kevin Farmer cited McWeay's potential "danger to reoffend" and threat to witnesses as reasons for the denial, as reported FOX 5 Atlanta.

The court heard how her father, McWeay, reportedly kept his children in squalid conditions, locked in separate rooms and under surveillance, barely subsisting on minimal food and water. "None of the children were potty-trained," Lauren McAuley, Fulton County Deputy District Attorney, described in court, presenting a narrative that portrays a household stripped of care and oversight, as FOX 5 Atlanta echoed.
Amidst the chaos, Treasure's death has sent shockwaves through the community, prompting the Georgia Office of the Child Advocate to delve into the response of the child welfare system. As McWeay faces 15 felony charges including malice murder, Treasure's death serves as a stark and painful reminder of the breakdowns in the systems designed to protect the most vulnerable.
here are his 15 charges: 2 counts of murder (12/11/23 & 1/11/24), 3 counts of kidnapping (7/6/23), 4 counts of 1st degree cruelty to children (5/19/21 & 12/11/23), 3 counts of 2nd degree cruelty to children (5/19/21 & 12/11/23) & 3 counts of false imprisonment (victim is less than 14 yrs. old (12/11/23).
And again not finding anything about a next court date - and the Fulton County court site is STILL down -unless they have a "new" link to it. I have not found one....

If you search the Fulton inmate roster, you can see RM's charges. Looks like he had a few more added in May for rioting in jail, possession of a weapon, and assault.

Yeah, I know. It was the only kind of update/different info I could find.
I think by warrant they mean a protective/restraining order, or sometimes people say a "warrant" is taken out for a person's arrest, as in the "father" could've tried some BS on the mom, like saying she perpetrated the abuse or hurt the children in some way...this would be reported to police and a "warrant for her arrest" might be issued.
