*Elizabeth Lynn Lee (29/now 32) arrested (11/4/18), charged (11/13/20) & arraigned (12/17/20) with 3 counts of felony murder, 1 count of malice murder, 1 count of aggravated assault, 2 counts of aggravated battery, 3 counts of 1st degree cruelty to children & causing a child to be a child in need of services. Plead not guilty. No bond.
Trial was set to begin on 3/28/22 continued no further dates.

Disposition: Felony Murder: Neg. guilty plea, sentenced to life with possibility of parole & no contact with biological minor children. DIsposition: Malice Murder. 2 counts Felony murder& 3 counts of aggravated assault & battery, 4 counts of Cruelty to children (1st degree) & causing a child to be a child in need of services: Neg. guilty plea, Nolle Prosequi. There is nothing on Daniel so I am going to assume he is still going to trial on 9/25/23. I shall keep an eye on the court site.

I saw that Daniel had 2 case # now - so went there - and looks like he got recharged with 2nd degree murder & has plead guilty!!

8/28/23: Daniel: Accusation (reindicted from 2020R615). Charged with 2nd degree murder on this case #SUR2023000467. 8/29/23: Plea proceeding. Guilty plea entered. Sentence reserved for later date after co-defendant Elizabeth plea or jury trial per Judge Blackmon. Acknowledgement of terms & requirements of plea agreement. eFiled transcript of plea of guilty held 8/29/23 before Hon. Judge Dennis Blackmon.
