 One of my biggest concerns is that the A's are given the depo individually and not together! They are two separate individuals and their depos should be treated as such. The thought of CA squeezing Ga's leg during questioning to try and guide GA's responses to Morgan unerves me like fingernails on a chalk board. :banghead:

I think the depos will be given individually, but back-to-back. It will be interesting to see how they each answer the same questions.

I don't think KC would bother to keep a confidence such as an agreement with a man unless it somehow was in her interests to do so. She has never displayed any type of loyalty to anyone that I have seen. Look at the stuff she has inferred about her brother who she claims to have some sort of bond with, or was it he who has the special bond with her. Probably, she doesn't seem to have any special feelings about anyone. I am sort of believing that she probably doesn't have a clue who the father is. I can easily see her being drunk or stoned at a party and having sex with several men even one's she doesn't know. Happens all the time! Surely if she knew the father she would have wanted money from him. Money seemed to be a huge problem for her. But then again this is KC and she just doesn't think the way a normal person would think. I always think well, I wonder why she didn't...and then I remember I am thinking along the lines of how people usually think and KC just doesn't appear to do that so we can't even begin to imagine why she does or doesn't do something. AND that may be a good thing.

Yup, I think it's most likely she doesn't even know, and CA or others may have tried to put a better face on it through evasion or other stories. But with Casey, who knows.

:Welcome-12-june: to WS, Curiousintx. I also noticed that she once called her brother the 'coolest person she knew' but didn't mind making accusations about him to others. She had many disparaging comments to make about GA and called CA crazy. She stole from her supposed friend Amy and told folks not to trust Jesse. Those closest to her were not treated well, it seems. I just can't see her having any loyalty to Caylee's father.

Thanks for the nice welcome. I love this site. I also got to thinking how for a normal girl if the guy was a slug you might not want him involved in a child's life or yours but then who knows if she would even recognize a slug. Or would the guy WANT to be involved with the child and she didn't want someone telling her how to raise Caylee. It doesn't surprise me that the parents would be kind of not wanting to say "my daughter doesn't know who the father is". I mean who would want to say that about your teen age daughter. That is a tough one. They probably got the usual lies or runaround from KC and are guessing from who she seemed to be around at the time. Kids hook up all the time and no one even thinks about it again and do they even remember who they were with or IF they were with someone if you have drugs and drinking involved. There is a game around even with the girls as to how many you can hook up with in one night at a party. We have no clue what she was doing so there is no way to know the reasons for why she won't tell who the father is and I just am not so sure the parents know anything about her a hundred per cent.

LOL! Just read about the emails about George & CIndy going to the Cummings when they were 'distraught'!

Raise your hand, who here sent emails!!!!!!!

could one of the reasons CA, GA and LA don't want to answer the question "who is Caylee's Father" be because the fther/Grandparents could file a wrongful death suit againt KC and that would greatly limit future money?

This has been my thought for quite some time, that IF the father is Identified, he or his family on his behalf if he IS deceased, could file a wrongful death suit later on. And who could blame them? I suspect the A clan will stick to the "died in a car crash" story...after all, that's what KC told them. No light will be shed on the matter at the next round of depos.

I do hope GA is deposed before CA. If they don't release videos, I certainly hope that at the least, we get to see transcripts. I don't see how CAGA could take the 5th---that is supposed to protect a person from self-incrimination. What could they incriminate themselves about if they have no involvement in the crime? I don't think they can take the 5th if it's just to protect KC.

The man never came forward and acknowledged Caylee as his child, never attempted to participate in parenting her, and as far as we know, never offered monetary support for her care.

I would guess that he has not come forward because he thinks he's in the clear, that no one knows who he is, that he's pulled one over on everyone.

Maybe G and C really are disabled and distraught, they can't even work, right?

I think the depos will be given individually, but back-to-back. It will be interesting to see how they each answer the same questions.

That would be very telling, although, I bet it will be somewhat like the LE and FBI interviews...CA lies and blathers on, and GA tells mostly the truth and becomes nauseous.

I've given this a lot of thought...

Regarding Caylees father..

Caylee was 2.5 years old. It was not a secret that her birthday was in early August (I can't recall the date).

KC was, no doubt, a girl a man should remember, if he dated her, even on a one night stand. When it was broadcast, ationally especially, the nnews about Caylee and family, any guy who even had a date with her, would have had to count back on his fingers to see, if remotely, he could be Caylees father.. Would't you think???

If this person or these men had dated KC (had sex with) in or about November/December 2006, he would KNOW he just might be Caylees father. What reason would be that he would not come forward???? Ahhhhhhh, he WAS married at the time or is married now?????
your thoughts?

Or NOT...I had a child, born out-of-wedlock from a single guy in an ajoining state...She's now a year into adulthood, going to college. Schooling paid for by grants and loans. I have a judgement against her birth father, he's in arrearages in excess of $50,000...this loser creep has NO legit excuss. He's not married now or ever in the past, his folks are both dead, our daughter's existiance has never caused him any conflict in earnings or life in general. In other words, he's simply a LOSER (who makes a lot of money) with NO excuss.

So as much as I "hate" on JPC for not coming forward, and Hate on his parents too, and Hate on "whoever" Caylee's bio Father's side may be...I hate them, but I "get" them since I have lived through this.

Some folks simply are lacking in the family gene pool of emotion....

From the beginning, I've always believed KC simply didn't have a clue who Caylee's father is. In order to know for sure without testing, she would have needed to have one relationship at a time, and I'm guessing that wasn't the way it was. "He's dead" sounds a lot more honorable. If there were several possibilities, or maybe she couldn't even remember a last name if a complete stranger, then she sure wouldn't want to tell CA that. It was much easier to slip into the easy relationship with JG and just go from there. If KC or CA knew the real father, they would have gone after money for sure.

I agree. Lee even seemed to be having fun and laughed an awful lot (which in my opinion was very odd).

Made me wonder if he has more than one screw loose. I don't imagine C and G will be as gay. I guess they'll have to check the hammers and hoses with the receptionist before entering the deposition room. Thinking that their depositions will be released by Morgan just at Lee's was. Should be interesting viewing/reading and we will probably be kept busy with the many threads and posts. I can't wait.

So now, GA and CA are helping search for Haleigh C.. doesn't make sense. They could have and should have been forced to do the depo. The depos should be done separately and not together!

They should have looked for Caylee! Ya know, "knocked on every door..etc...ad nauseam....". imo

I guess if they are strong enough to keep themselves manicured and mobile and strong enough to insert themselves into the search foe Haleigh, they must be strong enough to sit in chairs and answer questions. Sheesh.
:cow: imo

I would guess that he has not come forward because he thinks he's in the clear, that no one knows who he is, that he's pulled one over on everyone.

Or quite possibly, he was never informed!

Certainly, C & GA preferred not sharing their GD with another set of GP's. As for Casey, who could believe anything she says whether the guy's dead, married with another family or a one night stand. I think she either does not know, doesn't want to know and just never cared one way or the other.
She's told so many stories: he's dead & never met Caylee, died in a car crash on the way to her 1st or 2nd B-day, he's married and has another family therefore she didn't tell him, they were 'friend's' from school who moved away right after & signed over his rights!

IMHO, no one will ever know who he is, and probably Casey doesn't even know herself.

The one and only reason I think it would be prudent to make an effort to find out who he is........... and to tell him if he doesn't know himself........... So that CAYLEE may have some one on her side in the pursuit of justice against her mother. One significant other who might at least be willing to sit on the other side in court AND to put a stop to the blood money from the sale of Caylee pics/videos or book/movie deals in order to pay for the defense of her murderer.

JMHO

ETA: So tired I forgot the topic of the thread crikes sake, lol........ my apologies! So, to add to said topic.......... Hope they employ the same person who typed the quickie transcript for LA's depo, since it was such a hoot on that thread, much needed comic relief! I don't know if they know what truth means by now or if they could tell it even if they wanted to! Certainly, according to CA it's not against the law to lie, remember???
