What year was that arrest from with the male defendant? I saw she had recent arrests prior to going missing in 2010 but I didn't see many details besides what the charges were.

You can view all the records at the portal for fulton I linked (does require that you log in after registering, no fee for registration of basic info). If you click on the case number you can view records (some there are a fee for a copy, most are free). The arrest date for the initial charge of illegal manufacturing distribution wasn't listed but the charges were filed12/7/1990. Disposition (negotiated guilty plea to non capital felony) was Jan. 28, 1991. She was sentenced to six years, though it appears she got out early and was on probation until the end of the sixth year. The drug referenced as intent to distribute was cocaine. A few of the court documents attached here but are easy to pull up and view for free at the fulton county website. Bond was $100,000. That's a lot of money for 1990 so pretty serious charges IMO.

I guess I'm wondering how relevant her arrest from 1991 is to her going missing in 2010 - 20 years later? She has had various arrests over the years after that and does not appear to have had fled anywhere. Though it does appear she went missing only about 3 days after her last release from jail on 10/22/2010. Since her family is concerned about her well-being & they haven't heard from her, I wonder if she is not willingly missing.

If you have a link to the other cases it would be appreciated. I didn't find anything after the 1990 case under her full name using the Fulton County court site search engine. There were other arrest records for a Brenda Walters in Atlanta, but one of those women is white, and others have different middle names. I just checked Fulton County though. Thanks!

This is the website I used - idk if I'm looking at the correct person tbh but I filtered the search to her full name (first, middle, last) and there is an arrest where she was released on 10/22/2010 which is the day her family says they last connected with her. Her missing date is 10/25/2010 though so I'm wondering if someone had contact with her afterwards but maybe it was a friend instead? Just assuming here.

Thank you! That's the first time I've seen that many cases in a county booking and release database platform NOT show up in the same county's judicial database. The only thing I can think of is the judicial records are for only state and superior court records and those charges between 1990 and 2010 were handled in District court, which I can't find records for. That being said - given the similar charges that you provided a link for, over a period of 20 years involving cocaine trafficking, possession, and/or distribution, Brenda was likely looking at some serious jail time when she was released on bond in late 2010. My gut feeling is at that point she became a fugitive but given the parties involved in the drug trade, she might have some to some harm or fell victim to an overdose. Hard on the family, whatever the case.

Yep, it's hard to say what happened. Does the website you use offer mugshots/pictures? I haven't been able to locate any additional photos of her.

No, it's strictly county court records. If you use the tin eye reverse lookup website the missing photo is only found at the missing site, it's not from social media or any known mugshot.

I went on an hour spree of Jane Does, do you guys think this Jane Doe is a potential match? The face shape is off for me but it seems like the Jane Doe is missing teeth which could possibly make the shape different.
