I haven't followed every page here and have only been following this story in MSM, but can someone tell me if there might be a chance these two ran off the road/got into an accident and never even made it to this guy? Sorry if this is redundant!

or goodness, they were toting cash to pay for the car.

Whenever we have bought or sold vehicles, and large ticket items on CL, almost all parties want to deal in cash I have found.

I heard and watched the same report. They should locate them pretty quick, I would think.

We're all fixing to find out how evil and bad this guy really is. Maybe he has them cuffed in a barn somewhere, if they're lucky.

LE hasn't really shown any indication that these folks just ran off the road in an accident. They have a suspect, they have a motive, and they have proof he was in contact with the couple prior to them going missing.

Are we sure the couple wasn't in the car? Did LE specifically say they were not in the car? Or did they just not say they were in it? I really hope they were not in it in the pond, but I can't help but wonder if they did not say one way or another because they need to notify the family first?

I heard Jonathan Sierre say that on Fox as well.

It sounded like to me that LE had already searched the pond (I believe JS said the vehicle was half submerged) and neither Bud or Ruth are there.

This may be where Towns put their vehicle and it didn't sink all the way to the bottom.

The outpouring of love and support for this family has been awesome. One of the daughters said, they just wanted to know the truth, even if it was bad news and that they had already forgiven anyone who may have hurt them because that is what God calls us to do.

I am a woman of faith but I couldn't forgive with such grace.
