An Elbert County sheriff’s deputy found Mosier’s car after he spotted marks on a dirt embankment at the intersection of Parhamtown Road and Georgia Highway 172, Danielsville Police Chief Brenan Baird said Thursday.
Mosier, a May graduate of Elbert County High School, was a new driver, having received her driver’s license that same month, according to Baird.
