His attorney argued the accused has no criminal record, and the evidence is circumstantial so the court then lowered his bond! Never mind he was the last person to see Mia after luring her out of her parents house-- and then lied to police about it.

never mind that the accused is merely 17 and hasn't yet been around long to gain much in the way of a criminal record. his first charge is a doozy
