"At this point, in this incredibly long trial to have to end at 4:25 p.m. it's not a good use of anybody's time," Whitaker told Love.

Attorney Ashleigh Merchant, who represents Martinez Arnold in this case who took a plea deal in December 2022, emailed the court and told them that she won't be available this week.Love is trying to find out if Merchant has someone else to send in her place.

"You are so mysterious all the time Ms. Love. Is it your plan, if Mr. Zachary is available, to call him and if not, can you share with everybody else who you plan to call instead?" Whitaker told Love about not being able to tell defense attorneys who they are calling next.

Court resumes at 9 a.m. tomorrow.

"You're so mysterious all the time, Miss Love." Judge Whitaker annoyed asking Love who the witnesses will be tomorrow but she can't really answer saying they are doing some rearranging. Love says she'll let the defense know by 6pm tonight. Defense: Is that a real 6pm? Stating they were supposed to get info last night by 8pm and they received it at 5am this morning.

@cathyrusson

The witness list that prosecutor Love said she'd get to the defense by 6pm last night was sent at 7:10pm. Steel says there are some names on the witness list that he can't find anywhere previously. Prosecutor Brown (Love and Hylton haven't arrived yet) told the judge the witnesses were originally on a list and they took them off when asked to narrow their witness list. However, the defense hasn't been stipulating to certain things like, whose apartment it is, etc.. now state has had to put witnesses back on to establish things they'd hoped would be stipulated.

Just really silly this trial has continued. Maybe I am just not understanding it all, but ATL’s problems are same problems most of America has as well. To blame a rapper through RICO seems unfair/injustice? idk? Save taxpayers dollars for more serious crimes - they’re out there in ATL. This case is so unfortunate. All speculation and a matter of opinion.

Note: no one is even posting on X about trial at this time.
