It's officially been an hour since Glanville took his "5-minute break”.


Glanville is back on the bench.


Glanville starts by asking Steel to take the podium, after "having an opportunity to reflect.”


Glanville charged Steel with criminal contempt and sentenced him to 20 days in jail, to spend the next 10 weekends in jail starting this Friday. Steel asks to be able to speak with Young during the weekends.

Max Schardt asks again for the transcript of the meeting to be able to appropriately prepare for cross-examination. Glanville said he won't release that at this time.

Judge Glanville says this is criminal contempt and Brian Steel must serve 20 days in jail. Weekends only, starting this Friday at 7 pm.

Steel requested to be held in jail with his client, YoungThug.
Glanville said Steel has his support and will talk to the Fulton Sheriff to ensure that happens.The issue might be that YoungThug is actually held in Cobb County and not at the Fulton County Jail.
