Just thought I'd mention. Based on her charges, she most likely won't have to go to jail (if found guilty) until after sentencing.
That's not a bad thing, though. Once sentenced, she would only have a few days credit off her sentence.
If Georgia is like Florida, a convicted felon can be released until appeals are heard. This could also happen here. Again, even if it takes years, if she loses, the sentence starts the day she reports to prison.
In Florida, I know the millionaire Goodman, found guilty of manslaughter is home on house arrest until after his appeal. So is (was?) Dalia DiPolito who was found guilty of conspiracy when she hired a "hitman" to kill her husband.
