I am fearful that due to the Dunwoody prep employees NOT AT ALL indicating that they certainly DID NOT TELL Andrea that Rusty was shot in their speaking to her immediately following the accident.. I fear that it is leaving waaaaay too much possibility for it to be seen as they may have stated he was shot..
So, while I realize that Andrea, herself made statements in Hemy's trial stating she didn't know until at the hospital that Rusty was shot..and that its basically impeaching that testimony by having it now possible that she was told very early on, by Dunwoody employees that Rusty had been shot, therefor Andrea having been told, and therefor knowing Rusty had been shot long prior to being at the hospital..
IMO even tho, it presents that problem of contradicting her own testimony...yet, IMO it quite possibly is outweighed by having opened wide the possibility of her actually having this knowledge from Dunwoody employees therefor consistent with the damning evidence of Andrea having sent the text message stating Rusty had been shot..
IMO with the latest testimony some may see it as possibly negating the once seen as damning evidence of the text stating Rusty was shot.. while I personally am UN phased as to my strong opinion of AS being the mastermind behind the murder..however I fear that some, possibly on this jury, may see this recent testimony as described above and working very much toward Andrea's benefit..

Probably my last thought for the day. The lady from the day care only said that another worker from the day care told her about Andrea being told Rusty was shot. My question would be, can't the defense find the person that told her he was shot?

Boo to today's testimony. I can't see how any witness helped AS' case. Maybe I am being blinded, who knows. But I am unimpressed.

Me too, I kept wondering why each witness was up there testifying...it did not seem like any of them actually brought any information that might help the defense! It was a strange afternoon in court that is for sure!
And AS own mother testified that she also didn't know RS was shot till she got to the medical center. AS mom testified she was riding in the car with Andrea and they still didn't know what had happened to RS.

And I also wonder why her Rabbi at the time of Rusty's death was not called to console her?
I find this very odd.
Perhaps the Pros can call him during rebuttal?

Oh, Lord, I almost choked on my Coke when the local Talking Head so innocently said he had a text with a question from Jingasarus! So funny to hear that. You know that had to come from a websleuther!
The female witnesses in this case have certainly been an odd crew, have they not? And that one lady in the gallery (you know which one I mean) is a trip-and-a-half.
Overall, the defense is far weaker than I expected it to be. They have so little to work with, though. The older defense attorney with the grating speech pattern exhibits a movements that at times remind me of those of Michael J. Fox, if you get my drift. But he's up there.
I would imagine the defense does NOT want Andrea on the stand. I would imagine Andrea wants to take the stand. Hmmmm.... If she takes the stand I think it will end up going badly for her. Because I honestly do not think she is capable of controlling her true personality from coming out on cross examination.
But it sure will be interesting if she does. I'm sure the capable prosecutor is ready for her if she makes that decision.
Wouldn't it be nice if someone could turn up a photo of Angela in a jeans jacket about now?

Rusty's father testified she called him and told him Rusty was shot while she was ON HER WAY to the daycare center! And what about all of her "falling to the ground when she got out of her car" and the extraordinary actions of the video tape of her coming across the parking lot to the entrance of the daycare center - continuously pulling away from the police officer to the point where it looked like she was almost getting into a fight with him?
She should have saved these histrionics until AFTER she was officially told what had happened to her husband. It seems to me she got a bit mixed up as to when to begin the "hysterical" act.
As far as the girlfriend Tammi saying Andrea did not have her phone, that friend Andrea had it: That was LATER. Andrea had it at least until she arrived at the hospital. Her mother said she had it in the car. Did not the ex-friend who was out of state at the time testified she received a call from Andrea Sneiderman AND talked to Andrea's mother while they were IN THE CAR on the way to the hospital?
I am sure hoping the Prosecution has a power point listing or something like that for use during the summation, because the times of the phone calls and statements here are crucial, and somewhat difficult to understand. Plus these jury members do not have the benefit of having followed the Hemy trial like we have.

If AS was falling all over as she was arriving at the daycare and hysterical as everyone claims (witness's). How in the world was she able to call all her friends and everyone else. I think I would have asked my family to do the calling for me. Or I would think a family member would have volunteered to do the calling for her.

This defense is just a total mess.. I mean just a mess..
1st you've got Andrea, herself in her sworn testimony in the Hemy trial where she adamantly and repeatedly states that NOONE TOLD HER, HER HUSBAND HAD BEEN SHOT and that she had no clue Rusty was shot UNTIL SEVERAL HOURS LATER AT THE HOSPITAL when she learned for the FIRST TIME that Rusty had been shot..
(a)Then you've got testimony in this trial from Rusty's father, Don Sneiderman stating that in the phone call he received from Andrea(while she was en route from her work to the daycare)..he testifies that Andrea stated that Rusty had been shot.
(b)Followed by testimony in this trial from a coworker of Andrea's who proves that Andrea, via text message, stated that Rusty had been shot(this text message sent at a time waaaay prior to her going to Atlanta Medical Center, when Andrea states she first learned of her husband being shot).
Quite obviously both (a) and (b) directly contradict Andrea's very own words in her sworn, under oath testimony.. IMO basically impeaching Andrea's testimony and proving Andrea perjured herself..
Now enters the Defense Team and we have,
(c) Andrea's mother testifies to the fact that Andrea did not know Rusty had been shot, therefor was not told by ANYONE at Dunwoody Prep or otherwise.. and that Andrea FIRST LEARNED that Rusty had been shot while at the hospital, Atlanta Medical Center.
(d)The defense then puts on Donna Fornato from Dunwoody, who IMO does a remarkable job of opening wide the possibility that she may have told Andrea Sneiderman that her husband, Rusty had been shot.
(e)Followed by the defense then putting Elizabeth Stansbury on the witness stand to state that the admin.of Dunwoody Prep told her on the day of the murder that Andrea Sneiderman had collapsed into a chair at the daycare when she(admin.) told Andrea that Rusty had been shot.
So, IMO both (d) and (e) are laying foundation of Andrea in fact having been told by Dunwoody employees that Rusty had been shot(with (e) obviously being the more direct of the two).
Quite obviously this testimony today being in direct contradiction from both Andrea's prior testimony from the Hemy trial, and more importantly directly contradicting with their own defense witness, Dr. Greenberg's(aka Andrea's mom) account just testified to mere days ago..
Just what the hell is this defense team doing?. To me its just a complete and utter mess of direct contradictions and lies with it being their very own defense witnesses that are giving the contradicting, damning testimony indicating the heaping mess of lies..
Just WTF is their intention and/or plan in doing all this?

None only that (and thanks for putting it in such a clear and easy-to-understand way)....but isn't it just common sense that the daycare people would have told her he had been shot? For example, if it was me (let's say my name is Andrea)....the daycare lady calls:
Daycare lady: "'Andrea please come quickly...there's been an accident."
Me: "What do you mean...accident...what happened...is it one of the kids...what happened?!"
Daycare: "No, the kids are fine...but please come...something....something has happened"
Me: "what do you mean...something happened...what is it?!"
Daycare: "it's rusty...something happened to him when he was dropping off the kids"
Me: "Rusty...Omigod!!! What happened? What happened? Like a heart attack or somtehing? A car accident? What do you mean???"
Daycare: "No, Andrea, he was shot!!! Please just come quickly!"
Me: "He was shot??? Omigosh!!!!!! What??? Okay, I'm coming, I'm coming."
Hang up and drive as quickly as I can.
Now disclaimer, I haven't been keeping up with the trial, just come on here every and check what everyone is saying about it. But, that would be my thought based on common sense, of how a conversation like that would go. And I can't believe no one would have told her until she got to the medical center that he had been shot. I mean, if something happens to my children or my husband, you can bet I would be asking non-stop until I get an answer.
