Welcome to WS!

You can't cut and paste, but you can paraphrase. (unless it's an obvious rumor that hasn't been reported elsewhere)

ok, thank you! i joined ws a long time ago but i was too chicken to post. now that i'm actually going to, i don't want to mess up! :)

so this poster mentioned a question posed by nancy grace: what are the odds of two people conducting the same internet search on the temperature inside a car to kill an animal or baby?

the poster referred to google's trending ability. when they entered in what these two searched for, there was not enough search data from 2004 to present for google to generate a graph of any kind. in other words, virtually no one on the entire planet searched for the temperature to kill a baby in a car or any variation that they could find. that was for just one person doing the search. the odds of two people independently searching for that topic by random chance are virtually zero since there's not even enough data for even one person so the odds of this search by two people in the same house happening by random chance - are pretty much zip.

I remember the emphasis on the word "tight" during the detective's testimony. Not "snug," or "carefully"... the detective said "tight" at least twice. So sad.
Yep. The ME's testimony is going to tell that story.

Yes. I agree. He has no empathy. He'd do so out of shame- not because he murdered his son but because his true nature was exposed (he was found out- everyone knows he's not the church-going, family man, successful IT guy he tried to portray).

I think it would be more because everyone knows he needs the blue pill

We may never know what RH and LH's families think. If I were in either family I would be so embarrassed having supported them
and now realizing they may be murderers. It would take a brave soul to come forward and acknowledge that.

No, PPD can last much longer than a year and it wouldn't be hard to find a an expert to testify for the defense to that...

Also, if she did have PPD , how would that equate to HIM being the perp? I 'll admit it could certainly be used as a defense tactic, but not with regards to his actions. If I'm not mistaken the PPD defense has been tried and failed more than once, so it would be interesting to see if any more lawyers try it. I think if I'm her lawyer, I'd have much better odds trying a battered woman defense for mom.

I believe it was June 13th (as CH died on the 18th and Stoddard said 5 days prior)

And somewhere in the two weeks prior to CH's death on 6/18, Luong had charges dismissed in the death of her child in a hot car.

Somewhere up thread it was stated that there was a csi program on about child being left in hot car and dying. I think the poster was able to figure out that the episode had run on a particular station just a month or so before Cooper's death. Sorry can't find it now. Maybe someone else can be more specific.

Post 607 has the quote.

Thank you for the link.

Well at least one congregation member appears to be sticking by RH (and there are quite a few typos - they need a better proof reader!)

While Lyle believes Harris has “some issues,” he doesn’t see the 33-year-old IT specialist as a murder.

“I don’t think there was one iota of evidence against him at that hearing the other day,” said Lyle, 68.

THank you for the link.

Well at least one congregation member appears to be sticking by RH

Inside the Stonebridge Church in Marietta, which the Harris family has attended for two years, Pastor David Eldridge briefly talked about the case Sunday. What happens in the legal system is “all outside our hands,” he told the assembly of 125 people inside the small storefront enclave.
“We need to look for opportunities to love Ross and Leanna,” he said.

And two weeks before Cooper's death, possible shortly after this story about Luong, Harris and/or Leanna switched Cooper from a forward facing car seat to a rear facing car seat.

MOO

Maybe a list of possible " trigger events" before June 18 would bring another perspective?

He's still looking for opportunities to love Ross and can't find any yet?

It seems like if one wants to maximize the opportunities to love Ross, Skout.com and Kik are the places to be, though what with LE taking the phone away I suppose the love connection is on hold.

Thank you for the link.

That is amazing that the congregation member didn't see anything in the hearing! That is a scary Thought! JMO
