The whole wife picking up from daycare, 6 minute phone call, etc... Do we know what time he made that 6 minute call? He left work at what? 4:15, soon after arrived at the mall, very soon after LE arrived. LH arrives at daycare at 4:51 right? And at that point, nobody at the daycare said anything about Ross' phone call to LH, and did LH immediately call RH upon arriving at the daycare?? At some point the police told him he should call his wife... Who was it that told LH that Cooper was dead, and when? I don't know if this makes any sense, I can't articulate what I am getting at :scared: But a timeline of phone calls between 4:15 and 5:00 would be really helpful. Someone from the daycare spoke with Ross for 6 minutes. Had LH already arrived and he talked to her? Ross said after those 3 phone calls he didn't reach anyone, those calls were made VERY soon after Cooper was removed from the car. So did he attempt to call her after the officer recommended he call her? And what time was that? That will really help me more as to LH's involvement in this. Although there are several other reasons I have for believing she was involved.

dang. Time to head out to Birthday dinner.

I am starved but I know I will return to pages and pages and probably a new thread :(

I believe what the detective said about Leanna today in court was all done on purpose to set things in motion for a confession.

He's. Narcissistic psychopath. If she was involved, he's going to turn on her. He won't want to go down alone.

IMO it's the only reason she's remaining by his side...

I'm wondering if he really wanted out of his marriage. He certainly found someone who was willing to support him no matter what he did. He probably wanted to keep her around to do his laundry and keep his house clean and cook his meals while he was out with other women. It was just Cooper that was cutting into his "me" time and costing him money.

Why would he want out? He knew how to pick her. He knew she would stay. I wonder if the struggle for a child was totally OK by him. I bet he wasn't thrilled with the arrival of Cooper. He was happy to struggle, IMO.

btw the photos of penis is why he is facing the possible adtl charges in relation to sending those photos to a minor over the web.

Bigger fish to fry.

Thanks so much for this!

Btw what kind of car is that? You can see straight in the back windows

The SUV in the veterinarian video is a Honda CRV. Its very similar to Ross Harris' Hyundai SUV.

Msollicito, what did you and sheltiemom think of the testimony pertaining to LH asking RH when they were alone "did you say too much?" and her comments at daycare leaping to the idea that Ross left C in the car all day.

TIA

I would also add this question: What do you think of RH saying to LH "I was dreading how he would look".

Sounds like Harris's mom is "devastated" that he's going to prison for life or going to be executed, and not "devastated" about what he did to her grandson.

I'm not sure how much bad parenting is involved in people turning out evil, I'd like to think that even good parents can do everything in their power but sometimes the world gets a hold of their children and never lets go -- but a lot of times in my opinion there are reasons why people turn out to be evil, and it often traces back to their upbringing.

In this case the murderer seems to have been coddled and had excuses made for his bad behavior his entire life.

Apparently the grandparents were devastated at the funeral as well. I think we need to back off the grandparents.

Stoddard testified Thursday that Leanna Harris went to pick up the 22-month-old at daycare on June 18 but was told by workers there that her husband had never dropped the boy off. Upon hearing this, Stoddard said, Leanna Harris became calm and said her husband "must have left him in the car."

When police later informed Leanna Harris that her son had died, Stoddard said she showed no emotion, other than saying it was "her worst nightmare" and asked to see her husband.

At one point, when Leanna Harris was reunited with her husband, she asked, "Did you say too much?," the detective said.

I think I've got an interest in this case because I once lived in the area. I missed the hearing due to having to work.

He really did not need to go to the Home Depot if he needed regular light bulbs. The Publix is huge. I think it's the largest one I have ever been to.

And which theater was he claiming to go to? Parkway Pointe AMC would be the closest, but the shopping center isn't as popular as Akers Mill Square. In fact, if he was going to the AMC, Cumberland Blvd is right next type to the theater.

But most of all, that poor baby. Rest in peace baby Cooper.

Typos corrected.

Great second post and welcome to Websleuths Peachy92!

How many were for parents who left their child in a hot car, and the child died? I think people had more sympathy for him b/c they thought he was a grieving father who was being charged with murder for an accident, than they would have if he was never arrested. Especially complete strangers.

Surprisingly, most people have a great deal of sympathy for people who forget their children in cars. It's why we saw such a rush to defend in the beginning of this case. Even the donations from family, friends, friends of friends, friends of family, church and community would have been thousands!

I've never heard of a mother NOT wanting to see her deceased child. Typically they need to be talked out if it ...if the body is in bad condition.

Justin Ross Harris is accused of leaving his 22-month-old son Cooper to die in a scorching hot SUV on June 18
Prosecutors said he spent that day exchanging nude photos with six different women, including teenagers
Judge Frank R. Cox denied Harris bond, calling it a 'possible death penalty case
Harris' wife told police the pair had been having intimacy issues
Investigators told the court that when Leanna Harris met her husband at the police station she asked: 'Did you say too much?'
The couple had a $25,000 life insurance policy on their son in 2012
A detective testifying at Thursday’s hearing said evidence showed Harris was leading a double life and should not be granted bond
Justin Harris had already admitted to researching child deaths online
On Thursday it emerged he had also done an internet search for 'how to survive in prison' before the toddler's death
After listening to evidence from both sides, the judge said he was denying bond and so Harris must remain in prison until his trial
Friends had previously described Harris and his wife as being the 'most proud parents there ever could have been'

I am betting it is not marked on his Driver's license. The license he obtained whilst having to hear the examiner who was sitting to his right in the passenger seat. He was also an LE dispatcher!

I want the boys in the band to give their testimony --- Imean really???:drumroll:

how bad is that hearing loss again?

I'm expecting that to change from here on in

I am thinking it was tied to the fact he had sent her a photo of his penis and told her he took the photo while his wife was sleeping in the house and C was right there in the room with him during their sexting convo. Or at least testimony about the conscious thing came right after the penis pic reveal.

Yes, that's what I'm remembering now...just edited my last reply. I don't think it was ever stated that the girl ASKED him if he was married. I don't want to put incorrect info out there. Sorry all, it's been a long, emotional day. At some point, I'm going to re-watch the archive of the hearing.

Can someone bump the list...
I can't find it.
