Botha concedes that if Steenkamp got up to go to the bathroom, Pistorius would have heard noises from the bathroom, as he claims.

Sadly, our police are known to be incompetant and corrupt. I stated this much earlier in this thread..now its just been proven once again!! Shoddy SHODDY investigative work.

However, Im more inclined to believe OP now more than ever. Yes, he killed her but didnt beat her head in, they didnt argue, it was a horrible tragic accident. He also should never have owned a gun. He is still going to be sitting for many years I predict!
