Well isn't that an interesting little tidbit of information. I wonder if anyone is getting nervous?

Here's what this webpage says the "Administrative Office of the Courts" does:
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is the administrative arm of the Judicial Branch. The AOC provides statewide support services for the courts, including information, technology, personnel, financial, legal, research and purchasing services. In addition, the AOC prepares and administers the court system's over $360 million budget and employs more than 400 people.

Oh my, Mister A ... I hope that this is good, good news!

I have no idea if it means something or not, but they've read the site before, and I couldn't help but notice, considering that I've only written about two crimes from NC lately -- the murder of the Sapikowski family -- just one entry -- and the multiple entries about Janet's murder.

Since they never seem to just pop in, but usually stay awhile, I don't think they're just reading one entry.

Mr. A.

Could it be . . .
support for courts: yes
technology: unless it's support for courts it's unlikely
personnel: not unless they're thinking about hiring misterallgood
financial: is misterallgood looking to refinance a loan through the courts, uh no
legal: does misterallgood have any legal problems in nc, uh no
research: well they could be researching a case misterallgood has been featuring
purchasing services: I don't think misterallgood is selling his services at this time

I just went back and read the search warrant again.

They describe the house, then it states as follows:

"In the driveway, located to the right of the residence is a 1998 Dodge Durango, Gray in color..." then goes on to give the license plate and VIN.

WHERE WERE THE OTHER VEHICLES??

I mean the search warrant was executed at 5:45AM on the morning of the 27th. Maybe Raven had been allowed to leave already and had taken a vehicle? But the others? (Should be a VX sitting around, the Durango, and the Acura. And maybe the Ducati even??)

I guess there's a logistics question here as well. Someone leaves the house, goes back to get the warrant, types up the first parts....where the Durango is mentioned as being in the driveway.... Is this LE person doing this from memory, (as in what cars where there when he/she left?) or what??

And just WHERE was the VX the night of the murder? If he had driven it to/from the soccer game, LE would have searched it, but there's no mention of it at all, is there?

And just where was the Acura, for the matter? The only vehicle mentioned in the search warrant is the Dodge Durango.

Maybe the VX was kept somewhere other than the Ferrand Drive home so that it could not be repossessed during the time he was behind on the payments?

It also seems ironic that they're showing up again mere days after the media announced the Christmas video that "they uncovered". ETA: Would LE reach out to the media source to find out where they got the video from if there was something that caught their interest?

Could the Matrix check have been from a company 401(k) account? or benefits of some sort paid out from Eurosport?

Or made out to someone else that didn't live in that house?

The only thing that makes sense to me is one of the following:

They didn't search the other vehicles because they found what they needed in the Durango.....or

They searched the other vehicles in another warrant that has not been made public.

For them not to search them at all with no reason does not seem like an option to me!

LOL or made out to someone in the house from someone who didn't live in the house (or even the state for that matter)! :slap:

Lord, I'm going to go blind for sure...LOL

I just spent the past good while going throught the search warrant again...

One thing that jumps out at me, AGAIN, is the computer issue.

If you look at the typed up request for the warrant, as we all know, it simply states, "computer files." Period.

The you look at the page that says "items seized." If it marked, "refer to attached property incident reports."

So I'm ASSUMING that the ONLY items taken, were the ones listed in that inventory.

Accordingly, there is NOTHING about ANY computer, computer files, ANYTHING listed in that inventory, with the exception of what they listed as a "palm pilot charger."

I just do NOT get that, at all.

Does it imply:

A) there were NO computers or PDAs in the house, at all? (They take the charger, but don't take the PDA itself)

B) they just didn't take them

c) maybe there IS another warrant that was not made public.

There just HAS to be something here that we don't know. Either they kept that information away from the public, or something. It's just TOO obvious of items to seize, I would think anyway....

Oh, and as far as the Matrix Capital check, I know it's already here somewhere, but, for the record, the warrant lists the exact amount as:

$1201.65

But I mean that if the check was made out to someone else entirely, indicating that the Abaroa's were not the rightful recipients of the check, thereby leading LE to question its presence in the house.

ahhhhh I swear I'm thick as a brick today!

OR, the ONLY other reason I could think that they might take that check, is that it made out to Janet, or, was written BY Janet. As she was the victim here, perhaps they took anything of note that they could easily associate with HER.

It it were made out to Raven, they would have no real reason to take it, would they? I mean if he had an uncashed paycheck (from his new mystery job) lying there, I can't imagine what CAUSE would let them take the check??? If it were Janet's though, perhaps they would, as it might somehow relate to what happened to her??

Just thinking out loud here...

Now, I may be acting my hair color, BUT if the warrant says computer file
but doesn't list a computer in the inventory, would it make sense for LE to download files onto a jump drive or something of the like? It's the easiest way to take important info on a computer without having to take the computer, right? That way, the inventory would only need to mention comp. files and not the entire computer or pda.
thoughts?
