Has there been any discussion as to whether or not Jodi's boyfriend (the one that committed suicide) death investigated? How did he die and where was Jodi when it happened?

Curious...how long is the life sentence in AZ? What are the living conditions for a person serving a life sentence?

You're right to be confused. The meaning of a life sentence depends on which state you're talking about. The following is my decidedly "non-attorney" understanding of the meaning of Life. (Oooh, how philisophical!)

In a few states they have effectively ended their parole system, so any life sentence effectively becomes "You're in prison until you die". All states except for Alaska have a formal "life without parole" option, and that really means what it says. In fact, death penalty opponents frequently point out that no one sentenced to LWOP has ever been released, so it's equivalent to a death sentence except that the "execution" occurs naturally. (That's their argument, not mine...I said "Huh?" the first time I heard it too.)

In the states that make a distinction between "life" and "life without possibility of parole", there are various definitions of "life" which is why you'll sometimes hear something like "25 to life". The 25 is the minimum time they have to serve before they are eligible for parole, but if the board decides not to grant a release they can legally be held until they die.

Pictures, these questions are based on the actual pictures verses the copies that JM held up in court, those ones are hard to see.
PIC 5:28:54 Travis appears to be turning off the water. This pic is similar to PIC 5:24:30 (adjusting the water temp/pressure). Not posing for a body shot. What is that white rectangular thing below his chin? It's not part of the shower or the door because the door is the same height at the tile. He is still standing at this point but Jodi has either zoomed in or moved closer. Corner molding piece is still behind his neck similar to PIC 5:23:30 just bigger.

Pic 5:32:16 Odd pic (e.g. position of his head, bicep and barefoot). There is a lot of blood on his shoulder, possibly from the neck wound but wouldn't his head be bobbing backwards a lot more since it is only attached by the spinal cord? Why (medically) is his Right foot almost leaning over on its outer edge. Does this mean that he is deceased at this point?

When did Jodi make the plans with Ryan that she would drive out to Utah to see him? I'm thinking about the nasty text from Travis at the end of May, and then the mad rush to get on the road. Was she already planning to go to Utah, and were the southern California stops already planned as well, or did she throw SoCal into the mix because she wanted to detour to Mesa?

Their have been 3 suicides around JA and TA if what I have read on various threads is correct
1 A boyfriend before Matt McCartney

2.WOMAN who gave police anonymous tip off that her ex husband was involved in TA's murder

3 Josh Freeman, Dan Freemans brother who may have been the source of JA s paedophile story

This may be nothing but have these deaths been investigated in the aftermath of Travis's brutal killing and the connection with these three to JA.

Were the gas cans ever recovered? We know she had three. Do we know if she burned them along with the rest of the evidence?


Are there any pictures that prove that Travis and JA had consensual sex and that she was not somehow holding him against his will?

I thought I had read that one of Travis' roommates knew that JA arrived at the home, in the early morning on 6/4, since TA was peeved that she just showed up. Any one know if this is true?
