Ron and Tommy don't love each other, and IMO, Tommy and Misty don't really care for each other. If one of them is covering for the other, it's for blood reasons, not love. What makes the most sense, is only 1 person knows what really happened, and the others, think not being murderers, gives them the right to keep secrets. Something that should be so obvious, just dawned on me the other day. Nobody, and I don't care who you are, disposes of a child's body, because of an accident...not even an accident that stems from negligence. You call 911, and take your chances. Thinking this, made me realize that this was most likely a cold blooded murder, maybe even premeditated. Somebody killed Haleigh to keep her quiet, IMO.

That's one thing I can 100% agree with. IMO, if you're really trying to figure out who actually did it, vs. just looking for someone to blame, you can't do it any other way.
 
I don't see much use in defending any of these people, because they are all hiding something. If they weren't, they wouldn't have been targeted, and Ron wouldn't have gotten a deal, and Misty wouldn't have been offered ammunity. From looking at their sentences, IMO, it looks like Misty's involved deep, Ron has been covering and lying, and Tommy? well, LE wanted him bad enough to tip their hand, and call him a suspect. All MOO, but it looks like LE tried to mete out the sentences each one respectively deserved...which is ironic, becuase if everyone, except the actual murderer, had told the truth, he/she wouldn't have gotten these long sentences, and the drug bust would never have happened. All MOO, but I believe the drug sting was orchestrated down to the last detail. MOO

And the capture of Hope in the drug sting raised my red flags towards her big time, shes not just an oops causality like Donna Brock was, they had to charge Donna because they needed that big charge against Misty. And right now, just last week cops say Ron isnt telling the truth about what he knows, so I think its more than obvious he is suspected by LE in his daughters death.

That is probably why Tommy admitted to being totally stoned on Xanax that night, it came from Ron's house. This would explain why Tommy called Timmy that night and needed the van and help to remove the plants.

OMG, how much room would this take up in a mobil home? Do you think he had these potted plants in with the kids and out where TN and AS could see them? IDK that sounds like a lot of plants to me, but I don't know who big the plants were that they found.

I think you're right. My sis and her husband got caught growing some, and about 15 plants and the lights crowded up the bedroom.

Two rooms could EASILY store over 100 plants. As for T and A knowing about it, I am sure they did, IF that was what was going on, after the cops released the house there were tons of pots for plants laying empty around that home, I dont think Annette and Teresa were anti drug and they prob didn't care if he grew or not. There was a reason he bragged about no one knowing where he lived, he was involved in something, and I pray everyday that he didn't do something like sell her for his debts, I really hope not, but the fear is there. And let me clarify, usually when children are sold for debts, they arent placed with people who just want a kid, its for nefarious reasons that are worse than death. I dont think he was into anything that major, I do think she died of an accident of Ronalds rage, not sure by what means, its a toss up, gunshot, drugs, etc.

wow...Misty is inconsistent, Ron is dismissive, JO is a mystery, LE won't comment, and nothing has changed.
 
I have a question...does anyone think it's possible that by now CS knows/has been told by RC/family what happened?

I started reading there a while back trying to figure out Steve "I Solved The Case" Brown's continued involvement. The 2 or 3 regulars leaving comments are well versed on this case, and raise interesting points.

Good question..Who knows? I do know IF Haleigh was my child and even IF they did come clean as to what really happened, knowing they had lied for years, I wouldn't be living with any of them...
My personal opinion is they are still lying, deceiving and manipulating her too and as horrible and as much as I hate to see that happen, I almost think I would prefer that scenario than to find out she knows what really happened and has chosen to join in the lies in order to protect Ronald Cummings... JMHO

As most here know, I believe Ron C is the one responsible for Haleigh's death eventhough I have always thought what happened to Haleigh was accidental..
IMHO.. They all lied and covered the incident up to keep him from losing Jr. and going to jail....Seems to me since she went from .."Jo killed my baby" to NOW saying.. Haleigh is still alive and out there somewhere...Someone has influenced her thinking... Could be they have told her the truth..Again, who knows?JMHO

hi.. i finally caught up with this thread... WOW i can't believe i missed out on all of this... i was SHOCKED when i read that crystal was living them..

IMO i really can't see her knowing what happened.. if anything, i would think that there was a mutual agreement between her and the cummings/sykes, that some combination of misty/tommy/joe were involved and that ron and his family were not. in my eyes, this is the only way i can comprehend her decision to live with them. IMVHO


ps this is not necessarily what i believe however this is the only way i can make sense of this

I agree. That has always bothered me too. Like LE knows for a fact that she knows something. I guess it possible that she could have just been at the wrong place at wrong time when the bust went down, but I have a feeling they meant to get her too.

Hopes mother drove Ron and Misty to that bust. As soon as they were in custody, they went to wherever Hope was and got her. I sometimes wonder if Katrina to an extent told the cops something about Ron, Misty and Hope to save herself, and she could not live with it. I know its sounds dramatic, but so does every other theory. jmo
