Somewhere on this forum is the total rain amounts for the days in June and July up until Hurricane Faye. I live in Florida- approximately 2 hrs from the crime scene and i personally do not remember much rain in June and July. Quite a twist I think- Like Phil Keating said- LE either missed it or someone just put the body there or moved it- Is it a possibility the body was someplace else and someone moved it to that area when the hurricane came through so it would be covered with water? Is there an accomplice? Could she have told someone when she was out on bail what happened and asked them to move it? If LE searched that area with the dogs and there was no water as stated tonight, the dogs would not have missed it I dont gather- its getting worse and worse

The writing certainly on the wall as to what route the defense is going to take. My question is, the defense can't enter anything imaginary for an imaginary person. So who's the real person they might claim moved this body and I'm sure they will say also killed Caylee? The sheet or whatever found leads back to the A's house. So are they going to throw the A's under the bus? Casey's friends? RG or JG?

There was some speculation very early on about who was funding JB and there was mention of a well-known journalist. I had almost forgotten about that until you mentioned a benefactor.

I would suspect Geraldo before I would suspect Greta.

The other thing to keep in mind with the body not being spotted in August is that the vegetation covering the ground is much different in August than it is in December. I think she chucked her down that slope and she wedged underneath that bush throughout the rainfall.

I think that was when the woman psychic from Ohio was there with her cadaver dog. She was searching behind the school and her dog alerted and they found animal bones. I don't think there were other searches of that area until TES got there and by then it was under water.

It's not the same spot because the sign says this area is owned by the City of Orlando AND LE has made it known that this is private property they are searching and Baez would need permission from the owner to search their property.

Yeah, he is. However have one thing to say: Kobi himself is a practicing scientist. He really is academically drive and a researcher too, and prides himself on maintaining keeping objectivity. That said, I won't be shocked if as we move forward that Kobi's involvement diminishes. Look at all the egos on the defense team now?

There's so many people who live in the area across the street from the site, and the prosecution will probably put one or more on the stand to testify that the area was under water until recently.

Not only that...supposedly the first bag broke during decomp, which would have deposited decomp in the trunk (the basketball sized stain). If the body was put in another bag, and wrapped with duct tape, prior to dumping, then it would probably be 'sealed' until decomp was past odor producing stage? <---feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I remember that one to but there was also one where someone from the A's neighborhood call in complaining about a smell and they search and found dead animal.Maybe it wasn't the animal making the smell.
