You're welcome, but I'm not done. I'm going to keep digging until I find that testimony that tells us how they know where Heather's phone turned around to head back to LB's. You brought up a good point about it pinging off a shared tower, and now I have to know or I'll go nuts.
 
I don't think they presented Sidney's cell pings at his kidnapping trial.

An expert did determine that the black truck did come to and from the direction of the M's house to PTL.

This trial was definitely the first time we heard testimony of him/them driving by her apartment that night. And being at/near Longbeards the same exact time as her. That, combined with the headlight expert and all of the other lies.....he is toast. And hopefully her, too.
 
I'm curious when and from whom SM found out where heather was living. Remember she had only recently, within a couple weeks, moved to Bri's apartment and it was during a time when she was not in touch with Sidney.

The cellphone forensics expert used GPS coordinates from Heather's Google account, rather than relying solely on cell tower pings. I think. Ha! On the Day 3, Part 5 video, the Iphone was analyzed along with an HP Pavilion it was connected to Powering Events were collected (apparently this is power on only)
when off, location data cannot be collected Phone was powered on at 3:02 AM, do not know when it was turned off

Location setting for Photographs orginally turned on metadata on photographs indicate in Horry County from 11/5/2013 to 11/11/2013 outside of Horry County starting 11/23
11/23 to 12/07 - to California, various locations, 12/07 in TN 12/10/2013, 12/11/2013 - In Atlanta
After 12/11/2013, no geolocation data available

12/18 there was a voice message recovered, about a minute long, no number showed up and no audio

So, the phone was turned off on the morning of 12/18 after 1:13:55 ( I say this because of the call log above, and the testimony of the first IPhone guy that did not use the HP), and powered back on at 3:02 AM. When exactly it was powered off we do not know.
The geolocation data for photos was turned off on 12/11/2013.

Pop Quiz:

At the 1:15:35 mark on the video, the expert says in regard to the Horry County Electric Co-op Substation, next to the M's compound:

A) There were no security cameras installed on or before December 18, 2013.
B) There were outdoor camera housings installed to give the impression there were cameras, as a deterrent, but there were no actual cameras.
C) There were no cameras installed after December 18, 2013.
D) Sidney Moorer never contacted him asking for footage from a security camera.
E) No one on SM's behalf ever contacted him asking for footage from a security camera.
F) All of the above!

Answer: F - All of the above!

I totally forgot about this witness. Everything SM said about those cameras at the substation and Heather turning around there and watching the substation at that guy's request? LIES! Raise your hand if you're surprised

Sorry it's taken so long to respond about any of this. I found these things in the Kidnapping Mistrial (#2) thread. I have to run out, but later I'll look through thread #1 to try and find more about that testimony. Maybe it will shed some light on how they know where she turned around.

Surfside and Jersey Girl...wow, you two have been busy as! Thanks for bringing over old posts from previous threads that contain important info. It's great to have our memories refreshed and moreso great for members who weren't here at the time everything was posted.

It is nice to be back, thank you. Yep, that was me, ran into them at Disney World, in Animal Kingdom. Those were my photos of them shared everywhere for a bit. I can remember being scared that she would realize it was me since we knew each other, but she always blamed it on someone else 'stalking' her. [emoji57] I have been nervous that would happen again, but it never did and I wasted energy being afraid of her. Not anymore! Her time is coming. I just pray the time to know where Heather is is coming, too.

That's right! I remember being very scared for you too, she was a loose canon for sure, still is, so I can totally understand how nervous you'd have been! Knowing what TM is capable of, well, the whole thing is really quite unsettling!! :scared: Yes, her time is coming...not long now. :jail: I hope to see all members who've followed this case from the start return for TM's trial. I think we'll learn a new thing or two and it while it won't be pleasant, it will put TM behind bars where she belongs.
