Here is his testimony in Tammy's trial:

Sgt. Michael Kathman with the Horry County Police Department took the stand, where he was asked various questions about how many times Elvis was reported missing and any harassment claims involving Sidney or Tammy Moorer. He was also asked about the system used to look this up and any flaws in the system.

Kathman said Elvis was reported just once in December 2013.

I’m pretty sure that AC stated that they had, in fact, reported harassment and that’s why they all washed the car together. Her testimony was so convoluted though, so feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

I feel like under pressure one of them would pop.

If SM is convicted, I would think obstruction. If a murder trial follows, I would think accessory after the fact. Now, that's based on what we know. I have a feeling prosecution has a lot more they are holding close in case they have a murder trial in the future.
