I have to admit the Defense attorney did a pretty good job presenting their viewpoint during their closing. But he did lie when he said we dont send people to prison based on circumstantial evidence. There are plenty of cases where circumstantial evidence is all the state has and plenty of times when common sense is applied the case can be decided with only circumstantial evidence.

They told you I tried to minimize their expert's testimony. Well guess what? I did. He's just some guy who worked for the FBI when they used VHS tapes.
