I caught that. What a weird thing to say.

Melson says at 1:30 the morning of Dec. 18, Heather's phone activity was in the area of her home. Around that time is when she received the phone call from the payphone. Melson says Sidney and Tammy's phones showed activity in the area of the payphone.
So maybe Tammy is watching for her to get home and let Sid know shes there?
Right .. I know the timeline is listed, but how long was it after Heather got home before Sidney called her from that payphone? So maybe Tammy is watching for her to get home and let Sid know shes there?

may be why Livesay hasn't objected .. defense is digging a hole with this line of questioning .. the jury needs to pay attentionToo many tourists on the cell tower in the middle of the night in December? Yep. That seems likely. This defense attorney is making me miss Truslow and his tics.

So, am I alone in thinking that 5-minute call from Heather's phone at PTL is SM calling TM to say he panicked and didn't leave Heather's car at River Oaks? Begging TM to come get him, and TM is freaking out and yelling at him for breaking with the plan and for being so close to the house. TM finally gives in and flies to PTL as fast as possible to pick him up. Anybody else thinking that?
