I think the Defense is trying to make it look like the kid who testified for the state is lying. I believe his name is Jacob. He is/was friends with the M's oldest son, CM. He stated overhearing TM telling SM the tattoo was punishment for his relationship with Heather.

I just want to point out that AC said she looked at her Facebook messages to determine when Sidney allegedly got the tattoo. If she had posted them on her timeline, wouldn't she have just looked at that? I rest my case.

Yes and it's quite easy to search your own posts for something specific on Facebook. I post a lot and use the search function for my own page often to find specific things, mostly photos. Funny enough, it's usually pictures of my tattoos I go searching for to show how awesome my artist is to people looking for recommendations.

The 80lb bags don't go very far. I used one per footing on my deck. The footing hole was probably big enough to bury a cat or a small dog in.
