Nope.
She's trying way too hard, and I think she's failing miserably.

I know I'm biased, but if I was a juror and knew nothing, and the defendants first words on cross were along the lines of 'I know you, you've made my life miserable', I would immediately be on alert for BS.

Notice how she keeps making sure to blame the State for everything? "Until y'all sent him to prison." "Before "y'all arrested him." Instead of saying, "until he went to prison" or "before he was arrested."
