I have no idea why she was transferred but I see she was able to start working at her new digs as a "CUSTODIAL WORKER" two days after the transfer.

How wonderful for her (/sarcasm) that she gets a change of scenery and a new job meanwhile Heather's family still doesn't know where she is and what exactly happened to her.

I didn’t know they were even allowed to have makeup in prison. I learn something new every day!

It depends on the facility, but it is allowed in some prisons. And when it isn’t, inmates can get pretty creative with things they have access to and create their own makeup! If you Google it there are some YouTube videos that show how it’s done.
