Can't listen to this right now. Why is this video being shown? Is something going down?

I like to think of Hailey as free now of those who would have dragged her down, versus contemplating all that was stolen from her. I really hope there is justice for her and answers for those who truly loved her.

RAW VIDEO: Interview With Billie Dunn

Story.jpg

This raw field video is from our October 2012 interview with Billie Dunn.
This section is more than 20-minutes long and is the entire section of the interview where we discussed the allegations made in a letter from a woman behind bars in a federal lockup.

At the time of this posting, there is no video. Hopefully, KTAB will post it soon!

Not sure exactly what they are talking about in this picture, but I have to admit Billie's eyes look very sad and painful at this part in the video. Yes this is old and was a farce now as we all know....

In fairness her eyes could look sad for a number of reasons that's all I am saying.

What I see in her eyes is "why can't people believe me, and why can't they just let it go like I have."

What the heck is going on in Hailey's case? Wish a reporter would contact LE and ask that very question!!

Still praying for Hailey and waiting for justice to be served on her behalf. It is taking way too long.

I doubt anything will happen. If it was as clear as everyone seems to think, there would have been charges filed ages ago.

The basic problem LE has is that after all this time they probably don't have a clear idea what happened to her and likely never will. That makes identifying the culprit conclusively almost impossible. The best they will be able to do is suspicions, but you can't go to trial with that.

LE have said themselves they are still investigating evidence found at the scene. I personally have no doubt that they know what happened to Hailey. The only question is IMO out of a number of people who actually killed her.

Is the statute of limitations (SOL) for filing a wrongful death suit two years?

And, SOL begins after the remains were found or after she went missing
or after her death is officially determined a homicide by ME?

If still within SOL, what are the odds CD will file a wrongful death suit? TIA

A very good question to be honest.

If they know (as opposed to guessing) they would have arrested someone by now. There is nothing stopping them from filing additional charges if others were involved, so that would be no impediment to filing charges once they had evidence.

If everything was a clear cut as you suggest, there would have be charges long ago. Clearly that is not the case, and you should entertain the possibility that you are wrong.

Might you take a bit of your own advice?

I think the silence of all concerned is deafening. This child deserves the best investigation possible, and I hope that's what's happening.

No I don't think I am wrong at all. Clint was told after four months or so of Hailey being missing that she was dead. People need to consider what evidence LE had that signalled to Hailey being dead. As I have said before there will be more evidence than people realize.
