that video is from 2012, not new I don't believe?

At the time of this posting, there is no video. Hopefully, KTAB will post it soon!
Not sure exactly what they are talking about in this picture, but I have to admit Billie's eyes look very sad and painful at this part in the video. Yes this is old and was a farce now as we all know....
Looks like PAIN!
I doubt anything will happen. If it was as clear as everyone seems to think, there would have been charges filed ages ago.
The basic problem LE has is that after all this time they probably don't have a clear idea what happened to her and likely never will. That makes identifying the culprit conclusively almost impossible. The best they will be able to do is suspicions, but you can't go to trial with that.
Is the statute of limitations (SOL) for filing a wrongful death suit two years?
And, SOL begins after the remains were found or after she went missing
or after her death is officially determined a homicide by ME?
If still within SOL, what are the odds CD will file a wrongful death suit? TIA
LE have said themselves they are still investigating evidence found at the scene. I personally have no doubt that they know what happened to Hailey. The only question is IMO out of a number of people who actually killed her.
If they know (as opposed to guessing) they would have arrested someone by now. There is nothing stopping them from filing additional charges if others were involved, so that would be no impediment to filing charges once they had evidence.
If everything was a clear cut as you suggest, there would have be charges long ago. Clearly that is not the case, and you should entertain the possibility that you are wrong.
