Oh brother, he's filing this under the ADA act? Did I read that right? PDM fired a disabled person? This fool stops at nothing. He will sue anyone at any time. I think this behavior is genetic.

As I recall, PDM had rules which I read and that drugs were prohibited. PDM had clauses in their hiring which one could read online. I'm pretty sure rc didn't tell PDM about all of his previous arrests for drug possession.

He now wants to plea this case under the American Disability Acts? Good Grief! <modsnip> He has never heard the word personal responsibility and I don't think he ever will. It is his joy in life to create Drama wherever he goes.

I bet his fellow inmates have had it with him.

They still have <modsnip> listed as "Out of Department Custody". Either somebody is not doing the updates (again) or something is VERY fishy.

Maybe FDOC doesn't want him back..

So the mental stress made him so stupid he just had to palm all those pills to the undercover? Oh I bet if he won PDM on the ADA he'll go to overturn the drug coviction on the same premise.

I have been waitng all this time just to hear what ron's coworkers thought of him & especially that nite! Did that link have any court dates? Also iirc people were thinking PDM headquartes might be in Brevard. Is that the case?tia.

Puhlease some get a shovel on the spot the letter refers to. Tho imo I think the cummings would'nt leave her there and have a really pretty memeorial area that the secret to themselves. Noway would the whole family move away (or be sent away;-) and leave her buried there.imo

Because PDM made assumptions that rc is a user of drugs and alcohol, this has enabled rc to file against them as a person with a Disability. Some kind of twisted law that states if an Employer assumes you must be sick, then you are sick. At least that is the way I'm reading it.

The Court upheld rc's lawsuit and denied PDM's request for dismissal. Same game as casey anthony. These criminals love attention and putting the screws to good, honest people.

Yep, and the judge ruled against the defendant so does that mean it will go to trial now? I don't know much about civil proceedings, especially Federal.

We may need a thread for this subject, if there is lots of discussion I will ask a mod to open one or get permission to start one because I don't think they want any new threads opened unless there is something worthwhile to discuss.

As of now RC is still in the Brevard co. jail, must be waiting for the prison bus to take him back to Liberty CI.

PDM isn't winning this one so far...da*n shame. The most he ever worked at one time was three months and he wants to sue them for not wanting him back after they read about all his drug charges.

BUT, he is telling the Court, for those few months employed, he didn't do drugs....imagine that!

Just finished reviewing an old tape w/NG. rc slips in that his cousin was at the house that night. TN talks over him...and rattles on about something. TN heard him too. She doesn't miss anything. NG didn't hear rc admit his cousin was there. It is a long tape and I don't think it happens till half way through...

It is simply amazing how much TN knows about that night and she wasn't there. Why did she get so much air time?

I think they are counting up to mid-April or the day of termination. I thought he started in Oct. That would be four months. IDK, going by memory. I recall him moving when he got the job and that was Oct...:waitasec: Regardless he wasn't there long....just long enough to cause trouble with a legitimate company.

He is now going for Discrimination. I feel sorry for Businesses today. There are people like him trying to take everything they can from honest people.

So as of right now, rc has three cases going on in the courts. He is suing PDM and he allegedly got another girl preggers before Crystal. He is still appealing his incarceration, no?

Well, with rc, you can never have enough lawsuits..

He now has a new attorney named Glasser, a specialist, in ripping people off. I think this brings rc's total number of attorneys employed by him to about 27 in his short life...so far. I could be underestimating.

Whisp. Tn sure did hear him. I noticed the first time I saw this. Watch her as he speaks. All I see are the thought bubbles above her (in my head) with each of ron's words she's tweeking or preparing to have the right answer. It's almost like when twins speak or jump in on each other.not that exactly but like she knows he can't be trusted to not wander off the story.every time I see tn I always feel like it's all been for her. All the coverup.all the devotion to stick to the "story".the picture in hand. She was so right in the mix.
Sometimes JAT I feel tn could've been the last 1 w/ the kids & gave them something to sleep and that's what misty walked in on either in that 10pm time frame or just before the weird 2 am something 911 call reference. That or she just knows the child she did'nt raie is capable of what some of us speculate. Idk. That whole "I'm proud of you" thing on the jail tape. Proud that he covered that well?? Idk.

Whoo these guys get me going sometimes. Sorry for rambling.

Maybe PDM will open their eyes and decide it is time to release all info to the general public about Ron's employment there, especially the hrs. he worked when Haleigh went missing, whether or not he had left the children sleeping in the car, etc.
If LE won't let them (officially) talk about it, maybe leak it somehow.

You can read the affidavit's of his latest arrest at the below links. Joe was driving his cousin's car, his initials are BF, he was arrested, too, as he had an active warrant for aggravated assault stemming from an incident with the woman (Jxxxxxxx Axxxx) who drove Joe to Florida in Feb. 09.

According to the victim the defendant fired about 6 or 7 rounds, and
the victim stated that two rounds struck the vehicle. The victim states that she saw the defendant shoot at the vehicle and she recognized him as Bxxxxxx Fxxxx. This incident stemmed from a previous incident in which the victim's residence and vehicle were shot several times on 3/8/12. The victim states that the defendant is angry because he thinks that the victim and the witness stole some money from him. The victim states that she nor the
witness stole any money from the victim.

This is insane. If he had money stolen, I wonder why he didn't just report it to the police? yeah right. Like the cops wouldn't find out about all this shooting? I've had money stolen, and the last thing on my mind, was shooting up their car. Geez, these people don't belong out in society.

Seriously! These people don't even act normal. Of course you would report it to the police (except it was probably drug related). Who goes around shooting up cars? Oh, I forgot, Ron and Misty.

Seriously, don't people work in that town? From all I've read over the years it's: drinking, motor cycle gangs, drugs and guns. I have never heard of a place like this! For all of this to be going on, there has to some corruption within the police department.

I feel bad for the children who live there, those things should not be in the fringes of their lives. And before anyone starts yelling, I'm not saying all the people from that town act this way. There are some really good people there, however, the reputation of the town is very, very poor. JMO

IIRC, it was stated by Kim P. (attorney) on tv that rc would drive to work and leave the kids sleeping in the car. A security guard observed him checking on them during the shift.
