Let me see here; according to "Jane", there were three "services" conducted at the MH that afternoon/night. By "services" "Jane" means that drug selling and buying occurred the first trip at around 2 or 3pm, second trip at 5-ish pm and the third trip at 8 pm. So, first trip very close to Ron's Hallmark journey to pick up Haleigh at the bus stop, second trip right at the time the dependable AC man showed up to check the old Ac system, and then we have right at 8pm, real close to the time that Annette Sykes stated that she showed up to "check on the kids" at the request of her daughter Teresa Neves and to deliver clean laundry and yet none of these people apparently saw each other that day/evening/night. This "Jane" apparently served time in the old slammer at the same time that Misty was incarcerated. She "knows" that Joe did it because Misty told her that she knew that Joe did it. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Yep, makes you wonder if it wasn't Misty selling Ron's drugs instead of buying them. I also think that SB was putting words into her mouth quite a bit. JMO, but I think it would have been Timmy and Joe together and maybe the teenage girl with Misty was Hope.
just curious, is there a particular reason you think it was Timmy instead of Tommy?

I don't know what Kimster will say about this, but SK Brown's site has a 2 or 3 part deal going where he's posting an interview with some chick being called "Jane" who says she was riding with WBG when he made three separate drug deliveries to Misty and crew at Green Drive on the afternoon and evening of February 9th.

With nothing else going on, I don't see what it could hurt to read and process the information for yourself as to it's validity.

Thanks for the link papa. I am happy anyone is still discussing Haleigh. I do love FL so I really enjoyed the othr parts of the blog as well.

Janes story is completly plausible..until I got to the money misty might have paid out for said drugs. Though now that I'm figuring it out she could have had let's say a hundred hydrocodones at 5$ a piece (generalizing, oxy goes for more) 100 x's 5$= there's a quick 500$. I guess now I can see that misty could've had the means between what ron might have given for her own use, if she had access to rons stash to be able to trade & of course misty had herself to barter with. And I forgot joe & timmy/tommy having tradeables or money.
Ok so I guess I can see where misty could have that kind of money for 1 evening of drugs. So then that leaves me back to...where the hell is Haleigh? Where were the kids while jane & wbg were serviicng? Imo w/ Haleigh poss. Butterbean, & timmy/tommy's kids, jane would've seen one of those kids at some point. Urrrghhh. I don't know.
It does feel good having something to mull over for Haleigh. Cannot wait til the day one of the incarcerated matures and has some life altering religous experience and just let's it all out.

What I would give to have a look at the info LE has gathered. At this time i'd like to hear what any of the children have said. To LE. All of the kids. Timmy's tommy's & butterbean (wishful thinking.I just want what's been written down in those 1st hrs by LE.

pfffttt... IMHO Steve Brown hasn't solved diddly....JMHO

Excerpt from the SKB link Papa posted:

Jane: I have no idea. She used to trick.

Steve: She used to trick?

Jane: Yes.

Steve: Yeah.

Kimberly: She used to trick.

Steve: How much did she make doing that do you know?

Jane: I have no idea about that. But I know she used to trick. I know a lot of people she associates with. Her and Nay Nay both.

Jane: Yeah, I know a lot of people that they mess with.

--------------------

Who is Kimberly?

Guessing the pseudonym exchange to "Jane" wasn't errorless...

Hope being there would also fit the "cousin" who was there, but then wasn't.

IMO I don't think that he has solved anything either. Steve Brown appeared (to me) to be leading "Jane" into whatever answers he needed to support his "Tommy and Joe did it theme". It would have been nice if Jane had actually said her own words or opinion during this interview.

just curious, is there a particular reason you think it was Timmy instead of Tommy?

Misty is the one who put Tommy there that afternoon. I have not been able to find anything where Tommy actually put himself there at that 5 o'clock time. Timmy and Chelsea had the van parked at their mh that night per Chelsea. Chelsea makes an excuse for Timmy being home in pain from the accident and she is working on insurance paperwork. Tommy was supposedly at home. Tommy however put himself there following Ron's call and after Lindsey supposedly came home from school. Tommy also puts himself there in the van on the "Joe did it" story. Misty puts both Tommy and Joe there with the "Joe did it" story. Both Misty and Chelsea took back the "Joe did it" story. Joe was staying with Timmy and Chelsea. His story is that it was Timmy and Chelsea who took the van that night. There are also reports that Timmy also failed his LDT (per jail tapes) and Tommy also failed LDT although Steve Brown thinks he "solved" the case with Tommy's story about the boat dock. Misty, Tommy and Chelsea would protect Timmy, IMO. Misty would call Timmy for help before she would ever call Tommy, IMO. IMO, Timmy and Chelsea went to aide Misty and Timmy got Tommy to help. However, I think the Croslin brothers were recruited after Haleigh was already dead. I don't think that Chelsea or the brothers really know what happened to Haleigh, they only know what Misty told them. I also think that Misty either knows that Ronald harmed Haleigh or she just knows what she was told by Ron and his family. I think that if she truly knew what happened that she would have told LE by now, to save herself from a life in prison. She couldn't lead LE to Haleigh's body so she's in prison. Chelsea knows just enough to feel guilt in helping out, thus the tattoo of the Haleigh angel on her foot. The stories have changed several times but one thing that hasn't changed is that LE can't put a finger on who killed Haleigh and since these idiots didn't really witness who killed Haleigh, then they can't help LE with testimony to nail the one who killed Haleigh. Once again, I'll say that LE needs to take a harder look at Ronald Cummings mother, grandmother, and other relatives. We haven't heard much about LE questioning Hope at length about that night, have we? Why? That is one person who I think knows a lot more about what happened. With the exception of an "inconclusive" LDT from Ronald, we have heard nothing about any other relatives of Ronald taking a LDT and THAT is why this case is at a standstill, IMOO.

If there is any truth to this why didn't "Jane" sell this story to the rags? That's why I can't believe this.

Something about that name "Kimberly" is ringing a bell....Gotta go back through some old e mails and such.

If there is any truth to this why didn't "Jane" sell this story to the rags? That's why I can't believe this.

Well, it might have been because she was allegedly involved in several illegal drug transactions. She wouldn't have been eager to call attention to herself, knowing that there was a lot of police activity going on in the case.

Steve: OK. And who was making the calls to Greg to bring the drugs over.

Jane: Misty

Steve: Misty was making them?

Jane: Yes.

JMO but if there is any truth to this the police would know since these calls would be on Misty's and Greg's phone records. Why are we only hearing about this now?

I guess it could be that these phone calls are part of the timeline that didn't jive with Misty's story. But they said they thought she might have left the house, and the phone pings would place her on Green Lane at least until the last call.

Would the AC man have noticed that the house was full of people on toxic fumes? AS surely would.

I wonder if "Jane" had any thought that the kind, interested man would help her with her bond if she had a good story to tell.

I'm trying to figure out how I decide if Steve's story (Jane's story) is true, as there is no mention of the other people, GGMS, the AC man, Tommy's children, being there. But then again, we're not sure all these people were there. GGMS being there would mean she was telling the truth???? Jane, or Steve could be just more liars, or
GGMS, TN, Misty, and CC could be liars. Liars, liars, liars, and more liars. Who do we believe????

Motive is something to consider here. SKB claims "Jane" had no motive to come forward and talk to him about what she observed at the Green Lane address that day/evening. He claims she is not after money or anything, and that because of that her story must have merit. I am not so sure, though.

Either this "Jane" had some motive for coming forward or SKB had motive for seeking her out. From his blog it sounds as if he sought her, rather than her contacting him to tell her story. So what is SKB's motive for continuing on with this? Does he really want to solve the case and find justice for Haleigh? Or does he want the glory that might come with solving the case? Or maybe the reward? Could be any one or any combination, IMO.

Jane's story would need to be corroborated; who could do that? WBG could, but would he?

Jane's story stresses the "Joe did it" scenario that was floating at that time (when Misty and supposedly this "Jane" were in St. Johns custody together). IIRC, Misty was saying she believed Joe did it not too long after her arrest, so either she really thought so then or she was desperate to find someone to blame to better her situation (get some kind of deal offered). Also IIRC, Misty came out later and said Joe didn't do it, that that was not the truth, and that LE should "ask Tommy." So, did Misty believe Tommy was involved or was she again trying to lay blame somewhere other than herself and Ron?

I was suscpicious of SKB motive back then and remain suspicious of his motives. Until something comes out that lends credence to what "Jane" says, I am not buying it.

I'm not definite about the timing with the "Joe story" but I think it came after Misty told someone on a jailhouse tape, that if they want something, she'd give it to them -- she was desperate to get out of jail -- she never used the word turth, iirc.

IMO I don't think that he has solved anything either. Steve Brown appeared (to me) to be leading "Jane" into whatever answers he needed to support his "Tommy and Joe did it theme". It would have been nice if Jane had actually said her own words or opinion during this interview.

Disco!

Brown is still trying to 'solve' this case for the money! He needs to put Misty at that trailer to start with. If he can successfully convince LE that she was there (and I am not convinced), that is the first step to proving the Tommy/Joe/Misty fiasco.

I believe that anything he says has to be seen in the light of his motive. Pffffffffft!

Kimberly? I found a reference to a Kimberly on a old thread the last initial was "V". I will not put the name as I will get a TO.

This case is dragging on and on and no movement in sight. I dunno what I think about it lately. So many things to consider with Misty not seeming to balk at the idea that she is in jail for 25 years. Ron settling in for the long haul and no news of Tommy's circumstances and condition.

Either Misty is afraid to talk or she is stupid. Either way, it doesn't help find Haleigh. Misty can't get in any more trouble than she is already in. JMO

I went back over Mr.browns post re: Haleigh. Well my 1st thought was.. he sure doesn't have a lot of criminal/missing child stuff on his blog. So I have to question his record for solving these types of cases.not solving but working it. Also why does it seem like he's so far behind in this story. I understand that "jane" might not have been available til recently but the focus of her story is kinda old news.not that I had ever heard of servicing going on that night but it wouldn't surprize me. I think because I'm so confident that Haleighs father played a part in whatever happened to his daughter, that none of these allegations mean much to me. So ok they had lots of drugs delivered. so where in there did something happen to Haleigh? After "jane" was there? We don't know cuz jane never sees Haleigh. But she sure does keep misty at that mh all nite calling for & receiving drugs. Why do I feel like tn & an strong armed "jane"?
And with all Mr.Brown might say about this I keep in mind that he worked for crystal's team for awhile. crystal who of course resides w/ the ron's family now adays. iirc. Imo

Maybe Mr.Brown can talk to & tell us about what went on w/ ron during his work shift.?? Or find out exactly what's on the unredacted 911 calls. Or why the wording re: being at tommy's then heading back to the residence. (Or somethin' like that) there's just so many other things i'd like to know than sit here and question whether or not another druggie is telling the truth. Yea talk to those co-workers. It's been awhile maybe some won't care if they were asked not to talk about it. ??moo

Also Mr.Brown mentions on hisblog how whoever picked up Haleigh at the bus stop is a moot point. he says because she was seen alive after that. I disagree. I think whatevr happened to Haleigh happened not to long after she was picked up. I want to know exactly who did pick her up. Who was all in the car & where they went directly from the stop. As far as I'm concerned there is not any outside verified accounting of this precious girl after she steps off the bus. It's part of the timeline. As well as the direction they went. Where they landed. And what happened to Haleigh.imo

I guess you can question anybody's motive. As far as I know SKB is the only investigator still plugging away at this. I've heard that he's put thousands of hours into it without being paid a single dime so I suspect that money is not his motive. Nevertheless, one can speculate on that all one wants.

I clipped here from his blog this quote:
"Some months ago I was telephonically called by a then female inmate at the PCSO jail. She had seen me talking to Kristina Prevatte, aka Nay Nay and asked Nay Nay what we were discussing. She then began to tell Nay Nay about her experience the night that Haleigh disappeared and Nay Nay told her to call me."

So if you would have read his blog carefully you would have seen that Jane sought him out, not vice versa. You say from his blog it sounds as if he sought her out. Not really. It's quite clear that she sought him out, and only because she saw him talking with Nay Nay (presumably still plugging away on the Haleigh case.)

Question his motive all you want but I give him an A for persistence.
