I haven't been able to watch a lot of today. Is there a real chance that the case will be dismissed for a Brady violation?

It seems highly likely to me. Especially when the judge began questioning Hancock and zeroed in on whether the decisions to do with cataloguing the new evidence was done with the involvement of Morrissey (I'd have to go back and double check what exact language was used - but this was what prompted Morrissey to offer to take the stand!)

Well Spiro asked that Morrissey stay sequestered , so my assumption is it will follow the break.
