IIRC...Misty mentioned how the kids would fall asleep to the tv...at least Haleigh would. Maybe he got it from her?

I hope you don't think I was being sarcastic when I asked if he was a child molester because I wasn't! I was honestly asking you because I know he has a long rap sheet. His photo alone gave me the creeps.

Since the Haliegh went missing I try to remind myself Misty is a 17 year old teenager hanging out with a rough crowd and I believe lost her way a long time ago. My daughter is 17 and I can't imagine approving of her living with a 24 year old man.

I guess you also answered my question I have about "would Hank Jr love Misty enough to try to protect her from jail if in fact she did something wrong". After hearing Misty accused him of abusing her I guess that answer would be NO. (He would not care about his baby sister enough to protect her from anything). But why would Misty protect HIM if she knew he did something? Unless she was afraid of her other family members... oh lord.

I don't think that the brother did anything to Haleigh & I think his story matches with everything else that has been said. I think that she took the kids with her and left that evening after her and Ron had a fight. There was no crime scene found in that home which leads me to believe that if Misty was never there then the crime scene could be at a friends house or wherever it was she went to. What if she was partying it up, took the kids with her & she put them to bed in room in the friends house but Haleigh threw a fit b.c it was in the dark & she was scared. What if one of her friends or Misty herself in the drugged up stupor kill Haleigh b/c she wouldn't shut up? RJ could have been asleep by the time they got to wherever Misty was going so they could have taken him straight to the bedroom. You wouldn't believe how kids can sleep through stuff. I mean I think that is highly possible that she wouldn't go to sleep and so Misty & her friends got annoyed and couldn't take it. You would be surprised at the crap some people do when they are drugged up. JMO

Posters took exception to my post stating RC's records, I notice; yet, the person I was responding to was basing her accusation on Hank's records. Some people have even accused him of being a child molester.

Once again, there is nothing in Hank's record to support such a theory.
There is also nothing in JO's either to support such a thing

This tells me that you are basing your accusations of these two on Misty Croslin Cummings.....poor choice to hang your theory on....IMO.

As for this case, I agree with you, Ronald's criminal record holds even more weight b/c he is the father. Ronald knows a lot more than he's saying. Sure, slowly he gives LE tid bits of information but it's seven months too late. IMO
I've said all along, watching and listening to Ronald and Misty behaviors, choices and words, IMO suspect the crime leads to them. The rest of Ronalds family I do believe have played a role in this tragedy but suspect it was afterwards. Since I don't know enough about the history of the Cummings family dynamics I can't get a strong feel about them. However, I have watched them in videos that are directly related to this case and I suspect IMO they would do what was needed to protect and provide anything Ronald needed.
Don't think so? Go back to that moment the crime started and it was your little loved one who was missing and you knew all the history b/w Ronald and his girlfriend.

yes I have seen a red truck in the photos of annettes home. But, we have for the sake of discussion here the brother with a red truck selling it immediately following the disappearance and now admittedly at the home in the critical timeline after a long hidden secret of being so.

I happen to agree...I think you're on the right path. JMO...but if Misty didn't have a key to the trailer, wouldn't she possibly need to prop the door open...let's say with a cinder block, to get back in before RC came home?
As far as Hank goes...do I believe he was directly involved not really, but anything is possible. I also DO think he's saying whatever he can to help himself right now. I don't really believe he's lying, just the timing seems suspicious.

I just watched the video about the van. LC said that Misty called her the evening Haleigh disappeared (after 911 call) and asked about the scratch in the van. Now my question is this, I know there had to be alot of chaos, so when did Misty notice the scratch? I mean, a child had just gone missing why would she even question the scratch on the van? I know I wouldn't be worried about no scratch on no the van if my child/stepchild has just been duscovered missing. What are we missing here? I noticed also that Lindsy referred to the van as Misty's? Did Misty have an extra key? For Misty to make that call to Lindsy and ask about the scratch on the van in the middle of all the chaos,, IMO it was either 1 or 2 things: 1. Misty knew or at least had a feeling that the van was used in Haleigh's disappearance? Who had access to the van? 2) Misty herself put that scratch in the van and her making that phone call was all part of the coverup, just like sending Hank to the MH.

In what universe are we that a man who is currently behind bars for stealing from an elderly man admits to Law Enforcement that he has been withholding evidence from them for 7 months about information that could very well have helped find Haleigh months ago and said man places himself at the scene...is to be believed? People are more anxious to say no ....Hankjr is innocent ....he admitted he lied for goodness sakes. I am just in awe.

I don't know what happened....but I can't understand the logic behind Hankjr covering for the sister that took out a restraining order on him and I don't believe Rc is this criminal mastermind behind all of the crimes committed in Satsuma. i also don't believe that MC is this weak little pixie that is under a trance and does exactly what RC says like some robot. A person scared of her mate and measures every move she makes does not turn her phone off while her mate is at work and worry about the repercussions of that later. I was in that situation once when i was a very young woman. If my ex husband called me .....I ran to the phone and answered it on the first ring. God forbid I didn't answer....but if I shut the ringer off......God have mercy on his wrath.

I don't believe Hankjr. I also don't believe LE just squeezed this info out of Hank. LE said they were working off a tip from a letter from an inmate in another state. Oops that right. Le is not to be trusted.

The only thing I can think of is the published statement that Misty was not at Ron's mobile at 10 p.m. on Feb. 9 when he went by there to check on her after receiving a phone call from Ronald.

Perhaps a separate thread for this limited statement should be consolidated into the main Tommy/Hank Jr. thread? I don't know enough about moderating to know if this is a ridiculous idea or not.

That story was in fact confirmed by a local who posted on here. She said it was a "nasty" attack and that was coming from someone who was against Misty.
