You are RIGHT!!! Ok, why did the Police wait over 1 YEAR to arrest Tice?

This is what I went through on some bad checks written to me. They don't actually go after the bad check writers. They send them certified mail and they only pick them up if they come in contact with them. Traffic stop or something. Now, the ones I was after weren't in the thousands of dollars, so that may be different.

Debbie Tice, Cab Tice's ex-wife, contacted NBC15 news. She said Tice never had any connection to Triple B Autos. "I have struggled for over 3 years to separate myself and my business from any connection to my ex-husband", Tice said. She says her previous business, Bueno Bonito Barato Autos, was at an entirely different location.

is that Melanie and Ashely Billings were engaged in a 'facilitating' relationship with Debbie Tice - Honduras Woods, selling her an auto business, etc., at about the same time "Bud" was in a 'contentious' relationship with "Cab," Debbie's estranged husband, legally and financially, over the financing and "Cab's" bad checks to "Bud", etc.

That certainly seems a situation likely to generate a high degree of animosity in "Cab," (or anyone!) which makes his public protestations of what a great guy he thought "Bud' was seem a little incongruous.

Can't remember at the moment where I saw the article - But it did say Crystal Spencer - FORMER attorney for the Billings - shoot, wish I copied this down.. If memory serves the comment she was making was a little "off" -- gonna try and hunt this down.

She was more of a work comp type attorney if again, memory serves. Prob not the right canidate in the first place.

Cab Tice the latest person of interest in the Billings murder investigation...Is out on bond tonight.

As we first told you last night at ten, he was arrested on an unrelated charge of grand theft, for writing just over 17-thousand dollars worth of bad checks.

But Escambia Deputies aren't the only ones investigating Cab Tice.

I read the PNJ article that way the first time, too. But what it's really saying is that Tice said, "The world lost somebody wonderful in Melanie." [and] "Bud didn't deserve to be killed in his household."

I'll take a couple stabs.

Tice could have been lying about being broke. Imagine that. Credit Cards. Could actually be broke but got money from friends or partners in crime.

Beasley is referred to as an attorney for the Billingses. They have multiple attorneys.

I bet a lot of his assets are in Colombia.Why else would a young woman like that marry that very old looking con man :waitasec:I would like to see the house the newlyweds own.Wonder how many used car lots he started with the new wife

I remember when reading FL news looking for info On Anthony case,reading about a man who bought truck off of a lot in FL that turned out to be stolen and man was out of like 20k.The lot refused to do anything about it and the guy still had to pay the loan for a confiscated stolen truck.Sure wished I remembered the car dealer!!!!The article said it was happening a lot in Fl. Anyone else ever see this story?

It will be interesting to find out why Tice came back from Columbia. This guy's in a real bind.

Why did the Mexican Mafia let him out of S. America in the first place? First thing he did when he got back was moan to the Sheriff about owing them money. I'm thinking the don't like that.
Is he cooperating with the feds? If so; Will this keep him from being charged if they connect him to the murders?
