CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Thomas Borel, who may be emotionally distraught. He was last seen leaving his Fort Shafter residence on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at approximately 9:00 a.m. He may be possibly driving a 2013 white BMW bearing Hawaii license plates RZX-523. His family and friends are very concerned for his safety and well-being.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at
