Jumping of your post, there was nothing I read into the statement that I could determine whether they had anymore evidence then ZA being charged for murder. Personally, I don't read into it that Holly's body was necessarily found. The press has been all over this tiny town and no mention of the coroner being spotted when the executor was out, etc. Doesn't the coroner come out to the site to determine if bones are human? To lay murder charges you need to be able to prove someone has been murdered, so LE must have something to lay this charge. The only families I can think of (off-hand) that refused to believe a child is gone after LE deemed so was the Cummings & Anthony's.
I hope Holly is found so she could be returned to her family, but I can't think of a reason that it would hurt or help the case for LE to keep this quiet if they had found Holly, since ZA has been charged.
