Like I mentioned earlier, ZA's Friends list seems invisible. His followers list includes a CHARLIE BOBO not a Clint Bobo.

Yes...BUT, does Zach's previous girlfriend have Clint Bobo among her FB friends? I think this was the statement made as fact earlier but now being said as false. I think folks are continuing to try to find attachments between ZA and the Bobo's.

Yes. It looks like CB and RE are friends on FB.

the girl that was called "His on-and-off girlfriend at the time" is FB friends with CB. Not talking about his current girlfriend, but his girlfriend at the time.

If it is a past girlfriend of Zach's that was abused by him I can certainly see why they would want to be a friend of Clint's.

I have been thinking about the subject 'whether the TBI/FBI found Holly's remains or not.' This morning I just sat back and tried to look at it logically because more often than not the answer is based in good old common sense and logic.

Usually when there is no proof of a body the family still holds onto hope that their loved one is alive.

However, here in the case, the Bobos have been told something by LE that convinces them that Holly is in Heaven now. And this entire family held out hope for three years that she was being held some place and was still alive.

So for them to accept it now.... LE has to have something irrefutable showing Holly has indeed been murdered.

So maybe they did find bone fragments or other skeletal remains and told the Bobos not to release the particulars to anyone.

This case is similar to the Elvis case with a murder charge and no body being found or announced. Because you have so much experience, why do you think LE would keep this info. from the public but tell the Bobo's some irrefutable proof? Has LE stopped searching for Holly? Maybe the laying the the murder charge was enough for the Bobo's? Have the Bobo's given an interview?

The Bobos issued a statement but have not given an interview

It is assumed that further searches (and possibly arrests and/or charges) are pending based on the initial press conference last week

No one has said anything about exactly what was or was not found already. But, it is assumed that enough evidence was found to warrant murder charges.

Thanks for your reply, I found the quote from the family, which I hadn't read.

Jumping of your post, there was nothing I read into the statement that I could determine whether they had anymore evidence then ZA being charged for murder. Personally, I don't read into it that Holly's body was necessarily found. The press has been all over this tiny town and no mention of the coroner being spotted when the executor was out, etc. Doesn't the coroner come out to the site to determine if bones are human? To lay murder charges you need to be able to prove someone has been murdered, so LE must have something to lay this charge. The only families I can think of (off-hand) that refused to believe a child is gone after LE deemed so was the Cummings & Anthony's.

I hope Holly is found so she could be returned to her family, but I can't think of a reason that it would hurt or help the case for LE to keep this quiet if they had found Holly, since ZA has been charged.

I don't know how to "bump" a post but #370 is my opinion on why LE would not disclose that at this time.

The FBI and TBI pretty much seemed to keep local LE off the property if I remember correctly. IMO LE brought in a helicopter for a brief time after significant searching, and it must have been for a good reason. JMO

Wasn't there some thought that there may have been pictures or video on his ipad or cell phone? Maybe they just haven't found her yet and doubt ZA would be talking.. Wouldn't that make sense as they could say she has passed on but haven't found her remains?
Would for sure be proof enough to lay charges..

It's shocking to see that ZA and his friends were mentioned on forums (not here) over two years ago as possible culprits and it has taken this long for something to come forward publicly. Sounds like a big huge "cover up" of some sort.

I could be all wrong but IMO the LE was all over that property like a duck on a June bug. I believe they were there on a mission. And they weren't done till they were done. JMO

In a small town, everyone knows each other. . . or at least someone who knows someone who knows them. My guess is that they are about the same age and may have gone to school together. MOO as I have not sleuthed either page.

I had a child in early 2010. I have never had a facebook account, but my wife (in labor) wanted to post pics of the newborn on FB. I got the FB app on my iphone and logged in using her credentials. For a few days I posted pics of our son to my wife's FB account. I only had to log in the initial time.

Regarding the FB post by ZA around the time of the abduction... It is possible that some one else posted to his account for him. The technology was certainly available in 2011.

Also in TN, during trials it is difficult to get anything into evidence regarding activities on personal cell phone. This is due to the difficulty proving that the person making calls, sending texts, posting to FB, etc. is the owner of the cell phone. I watched a trial in Sumner County TN where a mother killed her newborn twins immediately after delivery. The prosecutor could not enter searches made on her iphone as evidence because there was no way to prove she was the one that made the searches.
