Good points. I totally agree.

I would think that if they were not already in jail then LE would not hold the presser until the person(s) were arrested from the new charges.

I am now more inclined to think it has to be the brother. Charges such as accessory after the fact OR conspiracy to commit murder OR somethign along those lines. I really think a plea deal has already been negotiated and these charges will just ensure the brother cannot back out of the deal.

I did begin to wonder if a female person(s) may be part of the additional charges. Maybe there will be secondary charges and they wont arrest them till after the PC. Somehow I keep thinking a female could be involved.

Were there any known female enemies of Holly that would also know ZA and his cohorts. Like maybe that school that Holly was getting ready to take the test with. Could that have been a tie with someone.

Since it has been said that Dylan mentioned others when talking to the police I think it will be one of those others he mentioned. Not Dylan himself.

I'd rat out my son in a heartbeat! I taught him right from wrong, and he's no better than anyone else. You do the crime, you do the time.

I wouldn't protect my child if they committed a crime either. I was hoping that their mother didn't tell Zack that his brother was talking to LE. I mean, he shot her in the knee. She, of all people, should know what he would try to do to his brother for helping LE.

More and more, I wonder why any of these people are considered to be influential down there.

We may not get to many "details" due to discovery and ZA having court tomorrow to announce if he in fact has an attorney for Kidnapping and Murder, I just hope that they will at least say if they have in fact found Holly.

I bet it is going to be just like last time and they will refuse to comment on whether they found Holly.
