How do I lose weight

I gained a lot of weight my current weight is 145.5lbs and my BMI is 26.52. I want to be more healthier and more fit but I don't know what to do?. I keep reading about these articles saying how to lose weight but I don't know which ones are right for me. Is there any tips or experiences for losing weight?

Figure out what amount of healthy foods you need for your activity level.
Eat that amount. You may need to measure serving sizes for a while, until you are used to appropriate amounts.
Increase your activity.

Greek diet is healthy and not really a diet at all but a healthy way to eat the right things.
 
Hi- Get on Weight Watchers - they have full digital access now. Never need to trudge to a meeting. $20 month. First month free. I lost 25 pounds in 6 months. Never starved. Cant speak highly enough about it. Niece turned me on to it when she dropped 25 pounds. Great “ community’ on line to chat with. Give a try for a month. Drop out if you dont like it. Good luck! Summer is around the corner :)
