But funneling the Harris payment to the foundation in exchange for the donor list — after the Biden family made clear months earlier that Beau’s campaign funds would be donated to the foundation — would have been a different matter.

Violating election law is serious to consider...

While delving further into these items (and others) it came to my attention that there is an inquiry finding Joe Biden has committed impeachable conduct by the U.S. house Committee on Oversight and Accountability.

In my next post I will relay outline of the voluminous findings from this enquiry.
