I've read on here that Access Graphics had government contracts, anyone got a link on that?? What kind of contracts, were they involving sensitive material? So would the gov. have a reason to protect JR??

According to my sources, only a few people have. I don't think the bills for that month of December was ever paid. Payment would indicate acknowledgement and consent to the call activity.

2. Well connected mother, $$$$.

Another question might be, was there a call from someone coming over for SOME reason in the wee hours who couldn't later be explained as a friend? Stine wasn't a CLOSE friend, I know, until after the murder.
