Doesn't it say who set it up?Who knows. I just know it exists. I won't link it.

you can see cuts in the bones if the soft tissue is no longer present. The bones would not have had time to heal any. Also, if her clothes were still on her there would be evidence of cutting on them as well. I so wish they would have found her sooner.Morbid to ask, but what state does a body have to be in to conclude multiple sharp force injuries? Can they easily come to that conclusion a month out after decomposition? Or easier to tell maybe a few days or a week out?
Yes, if it's the same thing I read earlier today it was very informative.https://www.pathology.wisc.edu/sites/default/files/Types and patterns of injury.pdf
I wanted to know what a sharp force injury was defined as. This was very inteinteresting
I agree. Maybe he had help after the first time. Thanks for answering my question!
I'm personally having a hard time imagining him lifting Mollie so many times- Into the supposed trunk. Out of the trunk and into the field. He's a little guy muscle wise. I'm not buying into much of his story and I suspect LE and the FBI isn't either. A month passed. He had time to get ducks in a row. It's not as cut and dry as his "story."
That's a good point. Maybe he's saying the trunk because he doesn't want to admit she was where he could see her, like the passenger or back seats. Thanks for answering my question!

WOWEven if enough money was raised I am sure there is some legality they will find to keep him there. I am also surprised hasn't shut the thing down yet. It was over $100,000 raised last I saw it.

I think he had an accomplice. He's a small guy. No way did he carry her 60 inches much less 60 feet. Thanks for answering my question!

As far as the physical aspect of carrying her, and dragging her, it is definitely doable, and wouldn’t be that difficult for someone (small) like him. He was likely in shape from the physical nature of his job, and on top of that would have felt a tremendous rush during the crime. We all know the stories about the power of adrenaline. If your issue is the physical aspect of this, it’s likely not relevant IMO.Thanks for answering my question!

You know, that thought leads to a horrific possibility... I can imagine a scenario where Mollie was abducted and held captive until the search and the media coverage got so intense he had to get rid of her. God I hope that’s just my wild imagination.
That's interesting because my local media covers part of Iowa and there has been no mention whatsoever--and no link--to any fund raising effort.
being that he is an illegal immigrant, you would normally think flight risk, but even if he posts bail, won't he just be in custody of homeland instead? anyone who contributes to that account needs their heads examined.I don't believe this will happen. He has nothing to lose by fighting for an acquittal. There isn't a death penalty to entice him to take a plea.
And, sadly, I don't think the political climate will allow anything but a trial. Someone hired his attorney. Someone set up a account to pay for his future legal expenses. He won't admit or plea to anything.
ETA: I think I misspoke. The account is to raise funds for his bail, which is so much worse, imo. That said, his attorney fees are being paid by someone.
Agreed on your last line. And yes, if he were to post bail, he’d be in the custody of ICE.being that he is an illegal immigrant, you would normally think flight risk, but even if he posts bail, won't he just be in custody of homeland instead? anyone who contributes to that account needs their heads examined.
That is very possible. The affidavit makes it sound like at least part of the headset was still on her though. So one earbud on lap and the rest of headset and the wire on Mollie?
But I discovered it doesn't like mother natures 115 temps. This farmgirl says yes, that's how corn grows and is harvested. It wouldn't be a profitable crop if it had to be watered, and lots of research and development has gone into developing corn seed that once planted, needs nothing but mother nature to grow until harvest time.
I just looked for it. I can't find it. Maybe it was taken down.Doesn't it say who set it up?
If I understood the courts ruling correctly it was stated that bail is set but does not mean it will be granted and will be reviewed at that time. I may be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.being that he is an illegal immigrant, you would normally think flight risk, but even if he posts bail, won't he just be in custody of homeland instead? anyone who contributes to that account needs their heads examined.
I thought it said it was for a billboard
