Bam!! It is outlandish.

° One shoe on one off?
It was testified both shoes were off and next to her.

° He says these fake killers took his phone and keys then told him to leave.
How? Without the keys?

° He fabricated she was fully dressed.
She was found wearing only socks and her sports bra (which was pushed up to her neck).

° He lied and said she was fully dressed.
Her clothes were 24 feet or more away from her body.

***We had all wondered about about a third place she was taken to. Now we have "a white house."

Legitimate question. Is this “White House” probable? Does anyone believe he took her to a new undisclosed location? I’m about to tune in live to court tv(if I can find access to it) but this is new info to me. I certainly wouldn’t put it past the suspect…but anyone want to give a ballpark probability of this being a realistic possibility?

Good point.
Now I'm curious to know what color was the house DJ and Mollie were staying in?

Yes but reportedly hung out with white people mostly. Which made him… not one of them? An enemy? It was another weird innuendo that never crossed a finish line. Imo
Yes. I was just referring to why "meters" might have been used instead of "feet."

Does Felix have an alibi? I wonder if he will be called up to testify?

You guys are incredible. I really don’t have much to add. Does anyone know if the videos of CBR’s car circling showed who was in the car? If it shows CBR, or one figure, where were the other two? MOO

BTW, if I’m ever in a legal jam, I’m telling my legal team to assign someone to follow my thread here.

Oh, CBR has been framed! The whole thing was a setup! No doubt due to racism. And he was afraid to go to the authorities, for fear of being deported.

Now, he is a victim of a heinous crime. He must be protected, and his family. Have they discussed witness protection program yet?

We can only hope justice will prevail in this case.

Under cross by prosecution, CBR denied confronting Mollie on 385th. “No I never did that. I never confronted her.”
Prosecution: “You told officers she slapped you? ...that you got angry.”
His response...
“You could say that.”

How could he have gotten angry during a confrontation that never happened?
Welcome to Websleuths, KatieNtx. Thanks for joining us.

That's a very good point! MOO

I was fixing lunch during part of the testimony. Is the defendant saying the two ninjas put Mollie in the trunk while the car was stopped along the road where she was running? Wouldn't it have been quicker and more likely to just pull her into the back seat of the car and travel to a more secluded place? I live in a rural area and even out here you never know when a car will pass or whose house has cameras and I can't imagine stabbing or struggling with someone along the side of a public road.

Thats a good question. I have not seen the video. But cross should bring that up

Well….I’d hope the jury would see through that whole “political” argument. I mean….I know I have an opinion on the subject….but it all means Jack *** to the current case at hand. The suspects actions have nothing to do with his legal or non legal status(if anything it’s an afterthought/argument). He was in Iowa at the time of the murder in the exact town….down to the victim in his trunk. That’s all the matters. As I’ve become accustomed to saying….I’m agreeing with you….I just hope the jury sees it from that POV as well.

I think CBR is doing a calculated hail Mary...
throw it all out there ...same story only he is victim in Mollie's place and hope something sticks to a juror..and throw anyone under the bus to get there as needed, especially anyone who would be against him/knows he did it.

Let's just hope it doesn't stick.
Does anyone know the ratio needed for conviction?

You have to have everyone agree to convict him. However, you also need to have everyone agree to acquit him. One holdout, either way, creates a hung jury, and he can be tried again. Based on the cases I’ve paid attention to, the prosecution tends to have a strong record of conviction, in the second trial. And again, based on the cases I’ve noticed, there are some cases where the prosecution will never give up. I think this is one of those cases. (One in the past was a case where a man was accused of throwing his little daughter off a cliff because he didn’t like paying child support. He was convicted after two hung juries.)

Well CBR said no bleeding from Molly. But her blood is in the trunk.
