MOSCOW, Idaho -- The murder trial for the man accused of killing four University of Idaho will not take place in Latah County.

According to court documents, Judge John Judge granted the defense's request to change the murder trial location.

The defense argued for the case to be moved to Ada County, but court documents granted the request without naming a location.

Bryan Kohberger's defense team filed a motion to move the trial out of Latah County due to a possible biased jury. A hearing was held with the defense presenting their arguments on August 29.
