Akins was last seen at her daughter's residence in Fernwood, Idaho on September 29, 2012. She was driving a black Nissan Pathfinder with Washington license plates at the time. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

Akins had moved to the area from Issaquah, Washington shortly before her disappearance.

Maybe left on her own accord?.. I was able to find what looks to be her on spokeo under "Hillary Blair Fry" with last known address in Sammamish WA in 2016.

If she isn't missing, she could go to law enforcement to let them know.
