ATTENTION WEBSLEUTHS MEMBERS.
If you were involved in the search for Tyler and JJ please contact me at triciastruecrimeradio@gmail.com
I specifically need to talk to people who put up posters in other states. We had someone from Hawaii put up posters about Tyler and JJ. If that person could contact me that would be great. Also if you posted about being at the memorial located by Chad's property. before it was taken down by the family please contact me.

Thank you and take care,
Tricia Griffith

I don't think I saw this posted here but MM filed an expert witness disclosure. Ironwood Insights out of Chandler, AZ

Don't the usually list in the disclosures their area of expertise?

https://coi.isc.idaho.gov/docs/case/CR22-20-838/Expert Witness Disclosure - Ironwood.pdf

Interesting, dated Feb 16, 2021. Also notice she is addressed as
Mrs. Lori Vallow (Daybell), Lori Norene Vallow, Lori Norene Daybell, and Lori Norene (Daybell) Vallow. The attorney missed a few different ways to write her name. There is a better and correct way to list all names and changes.....not keep changing the name thought out the record!

Yes, pizzaman, I do believe they do. Someone with more knowledge will chime in.

It says they are jury consultants/experts - page 6 I believe it was.

There is a person listed as a "jury expert" but the company on a whole offers a wide range of services so wouldn't they detail what exactly they're experts within the disclosure.

This is incredibly vague (in my opinion)
"testify and offer factual and expert opinion in accordance with the relevant statutes, laws,
findings, recommendations, opinions, evidence, issues, errors and or omissions, ethical issues,
legal analysis, cultural, etc., regarding all aspects of this case and specifics into scientific survey
results of local areas regarding the public opinion towards Defendant(s), the pending criminal
case(s) and the like."

Well imo it is laughable that he spends almost everyday there but then complains about how awful it is and how hard it makes his job. It’s a choice to be there that much.

All jmo moo imo

Perhaps MM has been captured by Lori the spellbinder of some men? That would be weird but little about the unfortunate saga is not weird.

EXACTLY what I was thinking - here's another hapless male soul caught in LCNDRVD's snare. (I may have missed one or more discarded surname initials there, but it's so hard to keep track!)

The motion to compel broadcast got me thinking about TD's autopsy reults being complete but not yet released to the public. They are under the control of the Freemont County Sheriff's office but certainly the results would have been given to both the prosecution and defense by now. Could the results have somehow played into the motion to compel? If foul play was found, obviously CD would be the main person of interest but CD's lawyer, JP, didn't file that motion. It makes me wonder if there might be ad tie-in with LV that's making MM jump through those hoops.
There have been no charges against anyone that relate to Tammy Daybell’s death so I don’t know why Means or Prior would be entitled to see them.

I'm going back a bit, but I noticed in ZPs Dec conversation with LE (not an official statement, I suppose, since it's unsigned, but nonetheless attested to in the document by LE) that ZP states that AC moved to Idaho because "he had a niece and some friends there". This indicates to me that ZP already knew, in Dec, that Lori's children were not around. Technically, they were, but not available as people for Alex to be spending time with, ykwim. Anyhow, I find it suspect.

Also, as much as I hate to admit it, I believe Alex's death was natural. And mostly that is because I don't think CD/LVD would have called ZP to get AC help if they were trying to off him. And I don't think it was suicide, because he wouldn't have asked for a blessing from CD if he was planning to kill himself.

I do think that asking for a blessing from CD indicates the singular and high regard he had for CD. It isn't normal to ask for such from someone fairly tangential to you (new BIL), and over the phone, when there are plenty of local friends or family who could have done so in person--like ACs own father, who I assume was just a 15 min drive away? I mean he's been living in that area for years, so he could have easily gotten someone to come in person, but he apparently believed CDs telecom magic would be better than any local laying-on-of-hands magic.

MOO

I wonder how loyal he is going to be to LV. At this point, he must be rueing the day they met.
I don't know, I actually expected him to turn on her ASAP when he was arrested but so far... nothing. It's weird, isn't it? Unless he actually did do something to Tammy and he knows Lori would pin that on him... the kids were also on HIS property. Not looking good for Chad.

Well, none of this would have befallen him if Lori hadn’t befallen him first. But who knows? Maybe that joyous Hawaiian photo shoot swims in his memory as the best thing evah, enough to kill and maybe die for. It *is* weird!

As much as I think Lori is guilty, how well is the evidence going to stand in the courtroom? The evidence is very circumstance based and there was no actual crime scene evidence linking Lori to the scene. I hope the case will get her sentenced, but this is just a reminder that anything could happen yall. :(
IMO

I agree, however, I do not think entities such as the FBI would have provided the amount of resources and for the duration they did for what us public sees in this case. They don't stick around with mobile units for months and months without a reason. They are a business.

As I've stated before, I think digital footprints will provide a ton and with literally everything backlogged, zero reason to add further charges right now and start that clock. Even RW said to Summer that they have plenty to charge further (and that was a long time ago) so why not charge them now? Because there's no reason to. Just my opinion
