MG was certainly a cult follower, but so far I don't see evidence of her involvement in plotting and carrying out the murders. Nor was she there for any of them. She seems to have been there on the night of JJ's murder. Not that I believe she was involved, just very detached from what was going on I reckon.

I think I trust Rob Wood a little more than a youtuber. They have various degrees of bias. I thought their content (apart from the approved ones) was off limits on WS.

JJ, you would be 9 years old today.
I don’t know if you know just how deeply you are missed every single day, but today especially so. You were tragically taken from this earth and gone way too soon. strangers from all corners of this world and from every walk of life have come to feel like they know you, like they knew you and Tylee, and are doing everything within their power to ensure your name and your legacy live on and that those responsible for your tragic death be held accountable and responsible for their actions. He’s asking for a lot. Does it seem like he may be trying to pin the whole thing on her? Is this for change of venue or for actual trial? Is it possible MM has most of this from RW but he doesn’t want to search or wade through the amount of data? Google (among multiple others) were actually subpoenaed for records over a year ago, in April 2020. Google, Hawaii rental company, JJ’s school, Southwest Airlines, just to name some....were all served a subpoena to produce records in this case.

Were they subpoenaed by the defense? We're they subpoenaed for MG's records? In my opinion, given the amount of time that has elapsed, it's highly doubtful that MG has these records or can recover/locate them without outside help.

-Kennedy School
-Kauai Beach Resort

Defense subpoenaed documents for:
-US Bank
-JP Morgan Chase
-Southwest Airlines

There are others, I'm sure, that I am not remembering at this moment.
I agree it is highly unlikely she would have all of these, but for her own sake I hope she's had a good attorney for awhile now and was told (either by them or the State of Idaho) that she very likely will be subpoenaed at some point. It is still a story at this point, but since it was put in the declaration of service filed w/ Court I would tend to believe it is an accurate account of the events, when this was attempted to be delivered to her in person last week and she tried to refuse it. I would hope she was not surprised, she should've known how likely a subpoena of some sort was coming at the very least, especially if she has had or been having any conversations with the State or her own attorney.

Will Woods be privvy to everything Means receives as a result of MG’s subpoena or would Woods have to issue his own subpoena? If I were defending Lori I would think twice about unearthing all the conversations ANYONE had with Lori or Chad. Seems likely there will be things in there that could implicate Lori. If Ron Wood will get access to the info too, as Lori’s attorney I might want to keep that info as buried as pissible.

What is Mean’s angle here? Does he think Melanie’s info will 1) exonerate Lori directly, 2) implicate Chad more than Lori or 3) is he prepping to say MG killed JJ when visiting and Lori knew nothing about it? Or 4) Something else altogether?

4. Something else altogether. Lori knows she is going down. Melanie Gibbs is up to her eyeballs in this. MM will bring her down too. Good lawyering on his part. She can no longer be a witness for the prosecution.
