I figured murder charges for the kids would be sooner or later.
But I am so happy charges for Tammy were brought. I was afraid justice would be denied to her. So glad.

It was worth the wait to see this many charges against them both, the investigation has obviously been extremely thorough and therefore hopefully very strong!!!

Lori and Chad :

Two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree murder and grand theft by deception, for the deaths of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow.
Two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow.
Conspiracy to commit first degree murder in the death of Tammy Daybell.

Chad :

One count of first degree murder in the death of Tammy Daybell.

Lori :

Grand theft related to social security survivor benefits allocated for the care of minors Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow.

Chad :

Two counts of insurance fraud related to life insurance policies he had on Tammy Daybell.

Wow, I feel a strange mix of elation and a heavy heart for Tammy being confirmed murder. Even though I knew it anyway from the beginning, I just feel sombre.
